First Aid Course Sydney

I have booked a wrong date and tried to reach them on phone but no one answers and in their training centres no one help at all then I asked to return the money by email and after several email requests, Lady called Lydia answered me 2 times and she confirmed that the money will be refunded and now more than 3 weeks and nothing returned. This is a fraud company and advice everyone not to work with them and I will report it to fair trading.

The class (first aid and cpr) was, a really bad and boring. If I know about this class and teacher (old lady) never ever come to this place. Specialy that lady. She just talked like Radio, also she used some bad words to me. The only things I was silent cause need my certificate otherwise complain straight to the manager.

I learnt a lot about the practical side of things which is great. I finished the course feeling confident that I can do the practical side of things. Excellent trainer. Enthusiastic with a sense of good humor. 10 out of 10.

First aid pro is the only way to go, I really enjoyed my course there, I used to go elsewhere but I was always so bored but first aid pro is the best the trainer Marshall was the best super friendly very professional and he made you feel so comfortable I’d recommend this place for sure I give it 10/10

I have to do a course regularly. This was my first time with this company. It was inexpensive but more importantly was professionally run and I found it genuinely useful. The trainer, Marshall was exceptionally good

I was walking into this with a fair bit of anxiety, but within 2 minutes of arriving we met Helen, who was amazing. She put my mind at ease and made the meaning so much fun.
She is an absolute asset to your company. Happy to answer any questions and queries we had! All of the other learners were friendly, happy to help out with others.
I shared a lot of laughs, learnt heaps and now feel comfortable having to assist with any first aid

Lot of pre-reading but that was good.
Lots of practical tips, I liked the stories the paramedic shared. Not sure if the nippers knew who Dean Jones was but I certainly did.
Felt a bit rushed but expected that in a 6 hour block.

The course was very well run, a lot of good information was delivered.it was easy to follow and understand.see you in 12 months when i refresh my cpr.

I’ve completed many first aids courses over the years and this one i would have to say was one of the best ones i have attended.
I would highly recommend Firstaidpro.

The half-day lesson was very informative and entertaining. Marshall made it very interesting, made sure everyone got a turn to participate in discussions and took time to individually help us out. Would definitely come again!

I’ve attended a number of First Aid/CPR courses over the past few years, but this course was by far the best. The theory was presented in a clear and professional way, and there was a great balance of practical learning. I learnt a lot of new things that I don’t believe had been covered in previous courses. Mark, the facilitator was extremely knowledgeable and very engaging in the way he taught the course. Simple things, such as short videos, real life examples, and CPR music, made the course really enjoyable. Thanks very much.

It was understandable demonstration great I think if covid-19 wasn't around it would of been fun doing more practical. It's sad because that's what made it more rewarding.

Interesting content. Tutor encouraged/gave opportunities for group participation. Delivery of content was engaging and informative. Highly recommend the tutor we had. The tutor came across as very real and it was refreshing! I think everyone would benefit from taking this first aid course
