Great course to get a thorough and practical update of the skills and knowledge to administer first aid and CPR. Tom made the practical session fun, engaging and productive, and is a great trainer.

Did the First Aid and CPR Training. Mohammad was very good, great communication, patience and explanations. The class was a good size too.

I did my course in the Alexandria store. This was my first time here. It was a great experience. Our teacher was informative, professional with a touch of humour. He treated all the students with respect & answered all questions even if they were silly ones. Our course was three hours but it went quite quickly. I normally go to another company but would definitely go here again.

MD was great at presenting the necessary content for the day and was open to answering any questions I had. The face to face and online combined learning was great and Tim efficient way to learn.

Had a great morning at my CPR refresher course. The instructor made it fun and informative and I left feeling confident in my abilities.

I was very impressed with the quality of training in face to face and online Training Which extended my knowledge and extra skills to help people in need. This is the best First aid course I experienced in last few years.
