Noel did a great job installing our woodfire heater. He was efficient and answered all our questions with no hesitation.

Noel is a great guy. Both very friendly and very professional. He quoted us a new fireplace, turned up to install when he said he would and did a brilliant job. We couldn't be happier with our fireplace and the quality of the install.

Noel is very knowledgeable on fires and gave good no nonsense advice. He was generous with information and there was no selling, just honest info on the several fires we looked at.
Tidy and efficient install including some major joist work to allow the flue in the location we chose.

Choosing a fire place was very important to me as I regard it as the soul of the house. Thanks to the great advice from Fire4U I got exactly what I envisioned and hoped for. There was no sales pitch, I was given all the info needed and told to sleep on it. Once slept on it, I knew exactly what I wanted. My heater/oven was installed very quickly.

Don’t spend your money here as they don’t deserve it. Poor customer service

When looking for a replacement slow combustion fire, we did our homework in the Sydney, Hawkesbury and Blue Mountains region and were pleased to find a competitive local business. We told Noel what we needed and he took time to give the advice we needed. We appreciated his expertise and workmanship. We're also glad that Noel did the installation as we were impressed with the care and extra effort taken to do it so well.

Noel really went above and beyond, explaining in detail how to install our new fireplace and offering his support if we ran into trouble. Don't waste your time here. Communication is extremely poor. Calls and emails take over a week to reply. Pretty obvious Noel didn't want the job from the start. Would have been better to be upfront about this. Despite promises of 'I'll be in contact with a quote', obviously he never did. What a joke.

Earlier this year Fire4U installed a stove we bought from them in our place in Oberon. The fireplace we got from them has made our house a home. Noel and Wendy were helpful and delightful, and the pre and after installation service was personal and professional and they have a great range of high quality heaters. Noel did the installation himself, and he did it brilliantly. The fact that our home in Oberon is 2 hours from the their shop, was no trouble. There were other shops we could have gone to, but we're very glad we decided to go with Fire4U.

We were given excellent advice on which models of fireplace would suit our particular situation, the fireplace arrived sooner than we expected and was installed seamlessly and beautifully with all mess being cleaned up on completion and the minimal amount of noise being made while my daughter was sleeping. Noel is a really genuine, understanding and flexible guy with a wealth of knowledge on how to choose and install the right fireplace! I would recommend (and have recommended) Mulvaney Fireplaces to my family and friends, and they came as a recommendation to me from one of my friends too. Thanks for a job well done! We LOVE our new fireplace!

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this company. Noel guided me through the whole process from selecting the perfect fireplace for my needs, through to a hassle free and quick installation. I have called a couple of times since with general questions, and he is always so willing to help. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for honest and reliable help with heating your home.

This "service" was a rort!
Be very careful with this company/man as I was totally ripped off yesterday, 17/4/14.
After numerous unreturned calls, I finally connected with this company. Should have known then.
Noel and I had a telephone conversation re my combustion fire and its longevity. He arrived two hours late and spent 40 seconds looking at the combustion fire, after which he told me it will last a little longer. I remembered our telephone conversation in which we negotiated that he would assess the fireplace, then SERVICE it which would cost $135 or I would then discuss its replacement with him. I did not agree to his call out fee in our conversation.
I asked him to put in a new seal (the old one long gone) during which I then asked him how much this would cost. He said $135. I was stunned to say the least. This was 9 minutes into his "service". Apparently a "service" is an assessment. He then told me that his call out fee was $94 which meant I was paying $40 for the sealant.

We ended up negotiating $100. I refused to argue with such misrepresentation of a service. This fee was outrageous. He was here for 20 minutes. That's $300 an hour! To fix a combustion fire seal. Be very, very specific with this company. Even the receipt he gave me indicated misinformation, detailing that his cost was $135 but I only paid $100. Be very careful with this company, write down all details of telephone conversations and be sure to get their definition of what a "service" actually entails. Didn't even clean the flu for the $100! Wish I got $300 an hour.
