Fire Service Plus

I was driving down Macquarie Pass yesterday afternoon at the speed limit, and a Fire Service Plus work ute was tailgating my car. Their ute then sped over the speed limit, merged into the oncoming traffic lane and overtook me on a blind corner narrowly missing an oncoming car. This incident happened near the bottom/end of the road so it was completely unnecessary and also put everyones lives at risk.

After some years of good service, in 2022, FSP staff decided to insist on a couple of upgrades to our fire service facilities before issuing their part of the Annual Fire Safety Statement. The Regulations only require these facilities to meet the standards that applied when they were installed. The upgrades did not improve our building's fire safety performance and the insistence to upgrade was counter to the Regulations. Accordingly a new fire service agent will be used in future.

Suggest finding an alternate company that will simply replace batteries instead of charging to replace entire units. Agree with previous reviews that there are suspicious practices at play.

Business practices exceptionally dodgy. They have a history of charging my strata scheme for services that they never provided.

My most recent experience was excellent. Cameron organised to do the job at my family day care and made an extra effort to make sure it could be finished on time. He was friendly, a professional and very helpful, thanks so much Cameron and Fire Service Plus!

Dishonest and fraudulently operating business. Charged us for items that they didn't supply.
