Fiona Duncan Pilates

I have nothing but rave reviews for Fiona. I have been doing Pilates with her for over a year. She listens to you about what parts of yor body are problematic, programs the perfect excercise and ensures you are doing them correctly.
My body has never felt stronger.

I have been attending Fiona's classes twice weekly for several years. They are varied which keeps the classes interesting and challenging for all ability levels.
Fiona is attentive to everyone's individual needs. She is warm and engaging, and classes are enjoyable.
I have been very grateful to have been able to attend on Zoom throughout the Covid lock-down time, and sometimes beyond. It was wonderful to be able to keep that connection, and to have some normalcy in 1 important area of life. Thanks Fiona.

I have been doing pilates with Fiona for over 3 1/2 years. She is a fantastic teacher with a depth of knowledge and experience. She keeps me strong and flexible and takes great care to individualise the lessons to suit everyone. She also makes it fun. Over Covid Fiona’s zoom classes twice a week were so important to me and others in the class, I will always be grateful. I would recommend her to anyone.
