Noah the technician was very customer focussed, polite and did the job of replacing the filters very efficiently

The technician came out and serviced our filter he was really nice and genuine, what I love about these filters is that they’re all American USA housing which is how I know I’m getting the best quality water filters

The technician informed us about which filters needed changing and the price involved. He was polite and and did answer my questions well.

They’re pretty difficult to deal with. I booked a visit the Friday before last. They told me someone couldn’t come out then and he’d come Monday. Then Monday they called and said the install guy will come Wednesday, didn’t ask if it was okay for the change or anything. I explained he was supposed to come Monday, they denied that was the booking time and when i pushed back the girl said oh right, well the install guy is sick (as if there’s only one) and he’ll come Wednesday (change of story)

Then Wednesday the filter guy calls and says he’ll be late, and he’ll call me to let me know when he’ll be there. A few hours pass and he calls and says he ran out of filters so he can’t come out then & the office will call me and set up another time.

I’ve now waited 4 days and no reschedule booking from the office.

Sloppy service, I rather not deal with a company that makes up excuses every chance they get. If they can’t even get the appointment time right, can I trust them to do the install correctly?

Booking someone else, don’t waste your time.

Our technician Jay was very polite, charismatic and professional with his service installing our water filter. It has been around 3 weeks since getting the water filter installed and it's surpassed our expectations. Great product and professional service.
