Worst shopping experience ever. The girl at the reception was extremely rude to the customers. She is not doing anything and just ignores our questions.

Hello i am writing this to share my terrible expereience with a staffer.i enter the store and he told me that he couldnt give me discount even after i had bought so many items from the mall.you is the because my time felt no respected poorly.the staffer then proceeded to keep say no to my words so i left the store.overall great store

I have been shopping from File homebush since a long time but what happened today was bit shameful. I bought a pair of shoes for my friend as a gift as I loved this shop. My friend also apperiated the quality but when he tried the shoes it was bit small for him, so he just went back to exchange to get no. 8 instead of 7 but they just refused saying that you have wore these shoes. I friend tried explaining the staff that he just tried at home but the staff keep on refusing. My only question is how can someone wore a shoes that does not fit him and we were not asking money back but we just wanted to exchange. It's not fair.

Was in line to pay and when it was my turn the young staffer just took off without saying anything and he was extremely rude. I had to go and ask another staffer to serve and he saw what happened and I told him this is not how you treat customers. He was sensible and reasonable and he apologized. Such rude behavior from one staff can tarnish the image of the brand. Disappointing!

Bad experience. Only one change room was available, others are full off boxes. There was a woman and a kid cut in front me, she put her kid inside the change room to take the place, saying kid can’t change by herself, and the woman, a man and a teenager from the same family kept going in and out and getting changed clothes forever like it is their own change room. And they insisted they have no issue, I had waited the family for more than twenty minutes, I found the staff to complain about it, they just asked me to be patient rather than asked the family to queue as normal person does. That is unfair. They need to queue again when they need to change something and queue again when different family member wants to go inside. The family is shameless and the staff is not helpful even though there is sign saying only one person is allowed to be inside.

Friendly staff. Good security for covid19. You need to show you are double vaccinated and checked-in to enter. Good selection of items in store.

We visited this store today around 5: 30pm and we wanted to buy kids shoes and we were unable to find the size and the color we wanted. We checked with one of the staff members (unfortunately, we couldn't ask her name).

The young lady was so patient in assisting us.she went all the way to the stock room and got us the amazing Black kids shoes! Wish we asked for her name! I'd like to thank this employee for going an extra mile to assist us.

They refused to exchange a damaged shirt with a receipt because manager was not in store and asked me to come back next day. Really unbelievable. They deserve 0 stars.

As a customer who was present on boxing day and actually witnessed this situation, this family was nothing but rude to the other customers and the staff. The staff handled the situation professionally, fairly and appropriately. Disappointing to see customers treating such hard working staff like dirt. Hope the team were not discouraged at all and continue to be as amazing as they were!

All staff working on boxing day were amazing, efficient and kind. Thank you for making my boxing day shopping so much more bearable in the midst of all the chaos!

Style, fashion and great prices, friendly staff and good service, poor staff is so busy during sale season that they don't have time to entertain each and every customer.
Located within DFO Homebush which has many big brands. Plenty of parking available, free for first two hours, but still not enough on weekends.disabled parking available, wheelchair access to the centre and shops, public toilets available

A young lady with long hair looks like a boss not a sales, very rude and impolite, even restrict my right of return, alright. This is he worst shopping experience I had, the worst one

Inexplicably checked, and then I asked for the shoes to wait for half hour to find and didn‘t find. My friend bought 5 pieces of clothes. After we bought the order, we went to another store to go shopping. The sales chased it out and checked the package. The person who checked the package was the one who paid us the bill, I think this sales is out of her mind, and also we Will never go to this fila again!
