Worse customer service ever!
Waited for 20 minutes for a shoe and ended up with the answer”out of stock”.

Completely worst!

I bought a Fila pink sports suit and it was of good quality, so I saw a discount sign on the outlet, so I went in and took a look around. I didn’t find a style I liked, and most of them were dark black/grey/blue heavy styles, so I left empty-handed.

The old china lady is such a bitsh very rudely manipulative manipulating customers to pass her a merchandise and spray at the spot plus couldn't fold a cloth properly i feel like puking and the cloth would be stained by this horrible memory thanks a lot!

Had a very bad experience. Brought a pair of shoes. Hurting my feet not able to replace even after 2nd day. Called customer service no position response, emails no positive response. Will never buy again

Thankfully the sales staff was clued up as this store is a mess and without her I’d have found nothing I wanted.

I found a great pair of sneakers I wear every day! The nice shoes where not on sale so that was a bit of a bummer. My sis also loved the pair so we both got one.

Store is a bit messy but the price is unbeatable. Make sure you do your research beforehand to know what u want. Staff are friendly.

Not sure if the guy was a weekend staff member, but his attitude to service is a disgrace. Too much trouble to serve us just before closing time. Had to be given a push by the manager. Put your staff through some training maybe?

Great prices, everything I purchased was 50% rrp. Very happy all round. The store was a tad cramped and messy but the prices outweighed this. I would recommend a visit if you like the Fila brand.

This place is pathetic it's over priced and the Manager did a song and dance when I tried to swap an item for another one they were brand new and I didn't even try them on. She was trying to tell me that they smelled like smoke when no one in the house even smokes. I love the brand but will never shop there again and by the way it's cheaper to buy online much cheaper Use the Fila website

Sells counterfeit shoes. I bough a pair of black shoes, and after one week of wearing them for work, a bit of rain washed them and all the junctions appear white. Very ugly. I went to the shop and ask for a replacement, and I have been told off. Now, every two days I have to use shoe polish to hide the white marks.
I am an IT developer, this means I am keeping me feet safe all day.

I bought Fila Shoes at Sydney, NSW. I like the color, yet I disappointed with the Quality of this shoes.

1. The Quality of the Scholls.
When I was wearing it in the raining weather, it is too slippery on its Scholls, & i was almost fall down several times.

2. The Shoe ties.
When I was wearing this shoes, the ties always loosen all times for about a couple of KMs (Kilometers).
