My experience with being introduced to Reiki was the best choice decision I had ever made!
Because I was in need of healing and change of perspective in life. The heaviness of life was getting me down and affecting my overall state of health and well-being but that has all changed right after my experience learning about Reiki.
Reiki has already changed my life. It has brought a deep profound calmness within myself and sense of deep gratitude and peace. I now have a much deeper appreciation for all living things and I see the beauty in all living things because we are all energy and energy is in all things.
I enjoyed learning all about Reiki from Judy. I learned so many cool and interesting things that has given me a new perspective and deep understanding of life. I recommend to everyone to experience Reiki because it will enhance your life. There is still so much for me to learn and I am only just beginning my step journey through Reiki. But I have faith the experiences are just going to go on getting better the more I experience Reiki. Judy is very wise and down to earth. She is mindful and respectful to each individual’s needs and opinions. I was always felt relaxed and comfortable during my time with Judy and she took her time to explain things and is clear spoken in her words to where I was able to understand everything she was teaching. I definitely will be coming back to learn and experience more from Reiki.

After one session I feel calm and light. I even fell asleep that night early and didn't wake up by a panic attack or sweats. I started a night routine that Judy suggested. Highly recommend.
