Fibrestyle Pool Resurfacing

The guys from Fibrestyle Pools are professional and friendly. Turned our tired old pool in to a new pool. We are very happy with the result.

Chad and his team did a fabulous job of renovating our old pebblecrete pool. It now looks like a resort pool! Highly recommend. Chad also handled the multiple rain delays of the rainy year (2022) very professionally.

I cannot speak highly enough of Fibrestyle Pool Resurfacing. We had our pool resurfaced by Fibrestyle about 6 years ago. We were very happy with the work until last summer when we noticed that there was evidence of osmosis once again. After contact, we were visited by Chad who agreed that more work needed to be done but asked us to wait till winter when they weren't so busy. Must admit, I was a bit worried but didn't need to be. About 2 months ago, Chad & his team contacted us, came out, drained the pool and completely & even more thoroughly renovated the pool once again. We now have a sparkling, new lining and we couldn't be happier. We've been very impressed with the workmanship, communication and integrity of the team at Fibrestyle. Thank you so much.

Unfortunately we did not get to experience the installation. After a visit from Chad we paid the deposit and booked in. Was advised a few weeks prior to installation that the job would be delayed up to a month. Unfortunately this did no longer fit within our time frame. We cancelled the installation with Chad and was told the deposit was non refundable. No where on the contract did It state that the deposit was non refundable. Both Chad and the Director Derek both unwilling to provide a compromise and advised me to take the matter to civil court. Unfortunately this company is more worried about taking customers money than providing any decent customer service. They have walked away with thousands of dollars of my money without any commitment to the job. Beware to future customers.

We had Fibrestyle Pools resurface our pool a few months ago. They did the most amazing job! Couldn't be happier! All the staff we dealt with were very professional, and the end job was fantastic.

They walked us through the entire process, and were really accomodating when we decided to put tiles around the side at the last minute, providing lots of advice along the way. Our pool cleaners even commented on what a fantastic job they had done. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Really pleased and great job! Keen and dedicated workers in all stages of my pool refurbishment! Looks brand new!
