I walked into Maserati and was welcomed by Federico, from that moment it was nothing but a quality experience. I love that Federico was knowledgeable however not a pushy salesman. After I test drove the car I ordered a custom built Maserati and waited 7 months for delivery. Federico kept me informed the entire time. The car is sensational and I will definitely recommended others to Maserati Waterloo.

Despite having bought a car from this dealer before, we were denied entry to the showroom for a browse while in the area without having my name taken and waiting to be led by a salesperson, despite being clear, repeatedly, that this was not required or desired. It was the complete opposite of a warm welcome and customer service. We left, and are confident about where not to buy our next car. Showroom looks nice from the outside.
