I’ve been joining here for more than three years. Reasonable price, good customer service, clean environment, amazing Reformer Pilates class, calming Yin Yoga class with Dimi, and flowing Vinyasa class with Malinda. Thank you and I appreciate you guys for providing those amazing services

I have recently joint up, and can honestly say all the staff have been absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in they have been encouraging, positive and a pleasure to deal with. We are all on our own health journey and they make it so much easier with their encouraging attitude.

The fact that they have infrared saunas as part of the membership was a draw card for me, i was sold on it. I signed up for 18 months, great value for money
I love training whenever i want to, either really early in the morning, or late at nice, 24 hour hour access makes it that extra special, and its like my own gym

An amazing facility with an amazing atmosphere - where women can work out with confidence. Facilities and equipment great.

The staff here are friendly and very helpful. The group classes are quite fun, however I never seem to find a parking spot whenever I go around 6-7pm, and most classes are too crowded, way too many people to move around, afraid you might accidentally hit or kick other people.which makes the experience less enjoyable.

I’ve been a member for a few years now and have absolutely loved this gym.it’s always clean and always smells good.with the new renovations especially, this is such a gorgeous gym and such a beautiful environment.

Ive started to attend Fernwood Beverly Hills for their Reformer Pilates as they have a Creche available. I have been three times to this gym, of the two times I had been running late and barely made it just in time for class. Fatme, both times, quickly helped me sort the baby out so I could have my workout-you don’t know how deviated I would’ve been missing out on my class -you can really sense how genuine she is, along with the staff, which is a big change from normal gyms. (She also makes really nice smoothies). The girls always greet you when you show up and everyone is just so friendly! The Pilates instructors Yen and Jen are really fantastic, along with the girls in the Creche, Colleen, Sarah and Sophie were really wonderful with my fussy little Bub. Love this place and it deserves the recognition!

Amazing staff, huge range of equipment and classes and very clean environment. Couldn’t ask for a better womens gym. Highly recommend!?

I love this gym! Since joining I have lost 18kgs! The trainers are awesome so many classes to choose from I really love the Burn, HIIT, spin and ABT.
My son enjoys coming along to crèche &
Reception ladies are very nice and welcoming.

What a lovely gym! I joined a few months ago, mainly for the creche and convenient location. I think all staff are warm, welcoming and friendly, with a great sense of humour. They are like a family! My baby is looked after well in the creche. The gym areas and change rooms are well set up and there are many classes to choose from. I couldn't have selected a better gym to come to. Thanks!

Just read the contract very well other wise if anything happens and you want pause or cancel it you will pay more than 300$
Even you get a medical situation…. Etc they don’t care

Horrible gym. They have had the same three personal trainers for the last three four years, no one new. Barely anyone on the ground to assist. They have limited classes. They use to have more range/ times for classes like HIIT, Yoga, pilates, abs, ABT etc. Now there is barely any variety. Overpriced for services offered. You are better off signing up for the smaller women's gyms.

Most uncompassionate people I have ever had the unpleasant experience of meeting. I’ve had to cancel my membership, providing a doctors certificate clearly outlining my illness and management was apparently not satisfied stating for me to go back to my doctor and fill out the “correct” paperwork. They proceeded to continue to take fortnightly payments disregarding my illness, why? Because of course money and greed is all they are concerned about. I will never recommend this gym to anybody and encourage everyone else to do the same.

Not only is this place dirty they alter notes and lie! Avoid at all costs not worth the headaches!
Fernwood shove your cctv, it doesn’t show the full story of what happened!
I only had one body scan and the second time yes cctv shows, I went in to the room as your staff double booked it incorrectly even the staff member was annoyed! I was in there for 5 minutes then I realised what I was in there for and advised the staff member that I have already done a body scan, so we left the room. So that doesn’t mean I had 2! She showed me how to use the equipment a second time properly as I complained that the first time was not done correctly. I was told what the machines do not how to use or adjust, hence why I suffered injury to my foot.

Yes I injured my foot at Fernwood Beverly hills fracture, I advised the second staff member 4 days later that yes I suffered an injury to my foot after not been shown how to use equipment the first time properly … then the second staff member then showed me but it was too late. Don’t play games your dishonesty is disgusting!
And NO the website does NOT clearly state cancellation on a FLEXI membership! It mentions 48 cooling off but NO mention you will charge people if they cancel a FLEXI why is it called FLEXI then? I asked is there a contract or fees on a Flexi and the manager said NO!
You waived fees that you had no right to charge in the first place and if you had not, you would have been contacted by my solicitor!
You guys are all over the place too messy!
I hope nothing more serious happens to someone else!
Maybe instead of lying in client notes to get away with things, perhaps get on the floor and remove dirty masks off machines that a left there for days and peoples towels and shirts and water bottles left behind I was there 2 days in a row with the same dirt left there! Not to mention at night the grubs coughing and wiping their faces and not sanitising the machines!
Worst club ever! Don’t trust with your credit cards ppl.

The infrared sauna is out of this world!
And the reformer pilates room is state of the art.

Best bunch of caring ladies! Used to work here and it was a great environment - was sad to go. Now seeing it from the other end, as a member, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! So many class opportunities, amazing PTs, amazing health coaches, great equipment, 24hr access - definitely a health and fitness club, not just a ‘gym’.

Love this Gym! It’s more like a family environment. Love the staff and trainers so very experienced. Would recommend for anyone to go and feel the warmth of the place to train in ️

Love the reformer Pilates studio here! Nice, clean and modern, with sunlight and greenery to set the mood. Plus an on-site member car park for easy access.

Fernwood fitness isn’t just a gym it’s a family and that’s what I love most about it! I look forward to coming every single day to do my workout as it’s a place with such amazing positivity and happiness because of all the amazing workers and members there!
