I truly think that no one else should experience what i have experienced here

I believe people must be aware that they might end up paying a big amount of money that won’t expect
as it happened with me
I was not informed that I could end up paying up to 700-800 dollars only because i had to go overseas for a family emergency

Tho I informed the office i kept emailing them all the time that i am overseas and i am nit using the gym

She did not advice me to cancel the contract and pay 2-3 hundred bux instead they stayed silent to make more money from me

Do not do it to yourself you will end up paying lots of money for nothing

Amazinggggggggggg Sylvia I love you honestly! I’ve never been more happier to join up, the atmosphere and environment is amazing, I’m so happy I’ve came here today, I feel so welcomed here I feel like I found a new home for myself

Just signed up at Fernwood Bankstown gym and can’t wait to start here as it is a very spacious and looks like a comfortable environment. Also has amazing staff members that make you feel very welcome

I had an awful experience at Fernwood Fitness Bankstown. The place is shockingly unhygienic, making it impossible to have a comfortable workout. On top of that, the membership fees are exorbitant for the subpar facilities they offer. It's infuriating how they advertise a creche but hardly ever have availability. The icing on the cake is the constant equipment out of service, leaving you with limited options. Even the lockers can't be relied upon. Save your money and find a better gym elsewhere!

Great range of exercise machines, Friendly staff, toilets always clean.

Only thing I have a issue with is to keep fruit, milk, oats, coffee capsules always stocked as I'm sure women don't like asking when it is part of the joining initiative you offer free breakfast so let all the options be available and not run out.

Karina’s Latino blast classes are my favourite. Always a fun workout that gets you sweating and seeing results:)

So impressed by the bankstown facility and staff! Such a great state of the art, female only gym. Definitely puts a lot of other gyms on show. Couldn't be happier to re-start my fitness journey in a comfortable space like this.

Unfortunately, in many times when they are on maintenance and have working men on site, they don’t inform customers on a timely manner and you just find the Ad placed at the entrance of the gym, meaning that you wasted your time driving to the gym!
This happens so often to me lately and when provided this feedback to them and I asked them to post it on their website or via app or text message, they were so defensive and arrogant to accept the feedback as they don’t want to take it on board. This is very disappointing and
inconvenient Service!
I found they are on maintenance on weekly or fortnight bases and during midday, a busy time where ladies are expected to visit the gym. I believe they should be better than this.

I transferred from another club. This process was incredibly easy, both Sylvia and Christina were helpful and took time to introduce me to the new club.
Honestly, I am so excited to be part of the Fernwood Bankstown family.

Kristina is an excellent host. Very accommodating, warm and helpful. Great place with good facilities.

Clean new club. The owner is a lovely lady and heavily involved in all the processes and requests by her members. She is a lovely and approachable lady. Will explain in depth everything and will give the members all the time needed.
Great variety of classes too.

I wanted to quit about 6 months ago. Sylvia spoke to me personally and made me comfortable staying on and putting my account on hold for a small price until I was in the right mindset again to continue.

I am extremely indebted to Sylvia and fernwood. They have kept me mentally strong for the better part of 5 years. I would never change gyms! Not ever!
