Had a problem with connectivity to my mobile. Called Fermvision and Matt from customer service handled the problem. The problem was effectively resolved and Matt called me to make sure all was back working. Very happy with his expertise.

Bought a small CCTV system for my place, camera picture is brilliant, good in the dark too, easy to set up.

Incredibly positive experience from our two installers, Juri and Andreas, who came out to upgrade our system and install another two security cameras. Their professionalism, and workmanship was truly amazing, and they took the time to explain and show us the best solution for placing our cameras. Purchased CCTV system new from Philip De Groot, about 6 years ago, previous comments regarding this person are correct. Unfortunately new man Mark is very helpful but hamstrung by so called "Business Development Mgr" JOSHUA KACEN. Just tried to connect to the internet, Setup Internet instructions supplied are WRONG. I was told Support costs $85-00 per 1/2 hour.min 2 hours on a product they sold me. I understand it is a while since purchase but JOSHUA's only support is to buy a new unit. Yeah sure mate!

Purchased one of their two wire video intercom units and just after two and a half years one of the room wall units have failed. Not very good considering it's quite expensive for what you get. The agency I bought this off, Access Alarms in Brisbane were very unhelpful and I ended up making a complaint to Fair Trading. Still have a broken room station though.
