The installers of our aluminium balustrades did an excellent job in terms of timelinesses, materials quality and strength of the finished product. The office staff were efficient and demonstrated the flexibility to understand our situation and requirements.

Excellent quality, we had 2 houses, The first house has a Hampton's front fence with incorporated letter box, the installer spent time with me to plan on site what look we were after + a balustrade to match on a 2nd story balcony. STUNNING, so happy. The second house was a Hamptons balustrade up stairs and across the front of the house including a privacy screen at one end, very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend

After completing a new build, our cdc required a privacy screen be installed. This business fit us in so quickly and the installation guy we had is an absolute gem/legend - so respectful and just got in and done the job leaving zero mess etc.as a result of our experience I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending fencing manufacturing for anyone else wanting work done.

We just (Dec 2022) had a large section of aluminium, powder-coated picket fence a with large lockable gates installed at our place at Point Frederick by the folks at West Gosford. Looks fabulous. Is.

Soo in love with our gate! Beautiful hamptons gate of our dreams installed. Even more beautiful than I was hoping for. The team were super lovely to deal with, even being really flexible in bringing forward the initial installation date to get it installed as soon as possible and in time for a party.

I was really happy with the guys. We got 3 small gates and are very happy. They provided regular updates on the progress of the job, came out when they said and quality finish. Also, the pricing was very good.

We have just completed an extensive renovation at Copacabana, work done over many years, and Fencing Manufactures of West Gosford have built two separate fences and a glass panel balcony balustrade in that time.
The final fence was planned in June 2021 but only constructed in October as Covid prevented us being onsite to supervise the exact location. The job included winding around the top of a rock retaining wall and had 16 panels, all different, plus 4 gates, with many choices as to the exact route as a perimeter boundary was not involved for 90% of it. The job took two whole days to install, with almost half of the posts core drilled into the rock and the rest dug into rocky dirt.
Brent and Kyle did an excellent installation job, even cleaning up properly before they left.
Martin was very knowledgeable in the quote stage, and readily accepted some of our unusual requests and gently and patiently steered us towards the most attractive design option.
Heidi in the office, whom I have only met by email, was very friendly, cheerful and very flexible when it came to timing the final installation around my work days and end of Covid lockdown uncertainties.
We are very happy with the final result and all of the Fencing Manufacturers team whom we met along the way.

Had the pleasure of using Betta Balustrades for our aluminium gate installation at the property we rent. They were amazing at working with us the tenants, and the real estate, to get this process under way.

Installation was delayed due to rain however they were very on top of communicating with me as to when the new installation date would be.

The gate was installed yesterday with no fuss and we could not be happier with it. Great value, service, communication and installation. Highly recommend.

The team at Fencing Manufacturers are great to deal with, from the initial quote, to booking the installation and carrying out the work. I had another company install my original aluminum slat fence and gate to a poor standard and then they disappeared. Fencing Manufacturers replaced the shoddy posts and gate with ones of far superior quality. I wish that I had used them from the start. Highly recommended

I was most disappointed with Betta Balustrades (Fencing Manufacturers). Of all the companies, suppliers and tradesmen I dealt with as an owner builder, their service was of the lowest quality. Return of query, measure and survey, production of product, advice of progress and payment plan were all unacceptable. Only the installers standard of service could be considered good.
Phone queries, actual voice contact, messages and text follow up, were fruitless for more than seven weeks (10 Jan to 24 Feb). A physical visit to the business address, and the payment of a deposit before measurement, were required to obtain a quote.
The measure and site survey was arranged for 07: 00am the following week. The measurer arrived at 06: 35, with out any attempt to call, commenting, 'I have a lot on today and I wanted to get an early start'. When the inconvenience of his being 25 minutes early was pointed out he became irascible, and resistant to hearing the specific details of a non-standard installation explained to him. This became evident at the installation, as the product was not prepared as discussed at the site inspection.
The product took eight weeks to be ready for installation, six more than indicated when the quote was provided. The excuse for the delay was wet weather, but after the eight weeks I was told, 'The gate has arrived', a production not installation delay.
During this time one member of staff would direct me to another member of saff, who was absent, or unavailable. Queries were not answered, messages not returned. The obfuscation would have been comical had it been not so frustrating.
The office staff required 90% of the total cost to be paid prior to installation (no material had been delivered), yet the payment plan states the cost of installation (30% of the total cost), was to be paid after installation. The staff member who quoted, verbally stated the addition of $500 (above the $1100 materials cost) was for installation, but wrote the quote as a total, plus GST.
The installer was very helpful and skilled, as he had to modify the product that wasn't manufactured to suite the site specifics, as discussed at the site measure and survey. The job was unable to be completed at that time due to this. Additional material became available 10days later, and the job was completed nearly 12 weeks (17 May) after initial payment.
I would not recommend 'Fencing Manufactures', (Betta Balustrades). If you do use them, ensure the quote details the breakdown of costs (ie.deposit, materials, installation, final payment), and include a completion date with discounts for weeks of delays.

Customer service from Betta Balustrades is dismal.

I have now been waiting a month for a top rail and have called every day this last week to ask when it will be ready with the same reply "I'll get someone to call you back". I finally spoke to on of the owners today who was extremely rude and hung up on me after telling me to "F OFF". They blamed me for a mistake they made, no apology just attitude and no attempt to resolve the issue.

They also trade under a different name (Betta Balustrades) with a different number. Same address

It looks like I will have to go to fair trading to retrieve the money I have paid to them.

2 weeks ago my wife found our 2 year on the edge of the pool after pushing a panel of the fence. Naturally we were keen to get this fixed. After discussions With Fencing Manufacturers the better option was a new fence.

They got the fence in fast, it was under the quote price and the kids are now safe.

Nice people that generally cared about our needs.

I found these guys well priced and really helpful. I needed a new garden fence and the property is on a bit of a slop, I was actual stuffing the measurements up completely. They gave me some good advice and saved me money.

I will definitely be back.
