Yes, another low 1 star (zero if I can). Surprised? Don't be. With that kind of attitude and treatment towards your customers, such a RUDE ARROGANT manager and staff, you should not be running the business at all. All I'm asking is a confirmation email to be sent about the refund but refused because you don't want to and have no time? Didn't even want to know or listen about what the exact issue was. Threatening to hung up without any Refund at all if we customers don't agree. Refund shouldn't be this difficult and stressful. What a waste of money and time. Now, all my families and friends will know how horrible experience we get from all of this.

I was seeking a replacement pool fence clamp for a Tubemakers fence now 40 years old.

Eva answered my call and after describing the component, Eva confirmed you did indeed stock a suitable part and sent a photo of the part for confirmation.

I advised the configuration and outside diameter which Eva converted to inside diameter for part selection.

It was dispatched that day and arrived the next day. Brilliant service.

Eva was not only a delightful young lady to talk to but had deep product knowledge and assisted greatly in my understanding of the part and process.
