These guys are efficient and pleasant to deal with. Had a trailer that had run out of rego and while everyone else didn't want to deal with it Felk sorted it and were very professional.

I recently ordered a 19ft trailer for my heavy 6.1m fibreglass boat. After driving it home, due to signs of excessive pressure on the boat nose, the trailer was returned for inspection. To their great credit, FELK staff immediately agreed to add an extra set of forward rollers and modify the nose support, amazingly, at no cost! This modification has also now been permanently incorporated into this FELK trailer size design. Their ability to immediately acknowledge a slight design deficiency, and their willingness to offer an immediate and permanent fix to my trailer (at no cost) and their own trailer design, speaks volumes for the utterly professional approach by both Michael and Nicky to their family business, and their customers. This sincerity was stunningly unexpected! Without doubt, a quality outcome in all respects! Thanks folks!

Fantastic customer service! Micheal and his team were fantastic. Booked our trailer in and picked it up today. Nothing was a hassle for them. They helped put the trailer on my car too as I had a sleeping baby in he car. Highly recommend.

Called them after another trailer company was rude and obnoxious over the phone to me.
Michael who took my call was friendly and super chill about taking a look at the trailer without the need for me to explain what's wrong, I'm not a trailer mechanic, wouldn't have a clue what's wrong! But the other company didn't understand this.

Highly recommend this company. They had my trailer ramp fitted with struts within 24 hours. As a daily work trailer this really meant a lot not having it off the road for long. After dealing with another company I was very frustrated as the struts they put on were useless. Now I can lift a heavy ramp with 2 fingers. These guys know their stuff and are very professional.

Times are crazy at the moment but Felk did not disappoint. Exceptional service, kept to a lead time (even beat it by a week) and were always friendly and ready to take any questions or queries throughout the process.

Michael and the team at felk engineering were fantastic to deal with when ordering my box trailer, they kept in contact during the build process to keep in touch and on the day of pick up, were more than happy to spend the time ensuring the trailer sat level on my 4x4 (we flipped the trailer axle due to 4x4 being higher than standard) before i left with it, quality and locally built with Australian steel, this trailer will last me decades!

Michael was fantastic to deal with. Went above and beyond with his great customer service. I can see why these guys have been around for so long and I am very happy with my new trailer.

They have recently completed my new totally custom trailer build designed with multiple uses in mind and to provide maximum flexibility. The team working at Felk Engineering will go out of their way to solve a problem. They provided great support to help remove my oversize trailer from a truck with a forklift. From their they provided a thoroughly constructed quote to resolve previously unknown problems with the trailer after an engineering inspection. They also provided a quote on a new trailer with long warranties that would do the job even better. I look forward to working with them in future and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else with any trailer problems.

I’m a builder and I bought a 6 x 4 tipping galvanised trailer back in 2010. It’s still perfect! No rust. And I live near the sea. One time a loader literally buried it in blue metal. I pulled it out of there and drove it home, no problem. Thanks Felk.
