I was incorrectly charged. I have spent the last 6 months providing information to assist with a resolution. Still unresolved.

I have reached the conclusion. Fedex/TNT is a basketcase. Their systems are very poor. The staff are well meaning and also incompetent at the same time. In fact, no one has ever responded to me emails and no one has called me back in the last six months despite repeated assurances.

I've had a horrible time dealing with Fedex/TNT.

I have only ever left a review that is positive but feel I need to warn people about the absolutely appalling experience I've had with FedEx and this particular depot.
I had a Christmas present being delivered from a store in Turkey by FedEx. I was emailed twice by FedEx to tell me that my parcel was at the Coffs Harbour depot but that delivery to my home was delayed. After weeks of waiting for the parcel (& missing Christmas by a mile) I contacted FedEx & they said the parcel was returned to the sender because FedEx was unable to contact me. This is despite FedEx emailing me multiple times about delivery delays. So obviously they could contact me.
I have paid for the original items, which I don't have and have also paid $69 for delivery that hasn't happened. I feel like I have been stolen from.
Give me my money back & I will never use your company again.

No local help desk. FEDEX (formerly TNT) wanted me to drive 120km to pick up parcel despite paying for international post with product. Has sat in Coffs Harbor for more than a week and still no further notification. Unacceptable. All other couriers drop to at least Coutts Crossing. Still unresolved. May amend rating if fixed and further packages not suffer from similar delays as these 2 packages.

Poor service, wasn't home, left card saying I have to drive 25min (each way) to the depot to collect and if don't get there in a week they will rts, tried calling the number, cant speak to anyone, no option to arrange re-delivery or leave at local post office.

My parcel arrived and was left outside on the wet ground (the 2021 mid north coast floods) and right in view of a reserve/public space that adjoins our property.

I wanted to phone them to complain personally but I haven't been able to even find their phone number).

In future I won't buy off a company that uses then for their couriering

If I could give them.minus 5 stars I would. It is the "service" that makes out as if they are doing you a favour by using them. I used them in the past for a company that I was working for and they were incompetent then. I seems that nothing has changed. I am going to call my supplier and encourage them to change freight companies because TNT is making them look bad. I have am considering reporting them to the police for extortion. They quoted $500 for a door to door delivery and now it's at their depot they want another $600 to bring it to my house. What a low life scum act by this disgusting excuse for a transport company. For your own sake use anyone else but these criminals.

How do I put it? The tracking went well but the transporting was not so good. Until I rang and questioned them about my overdue delivery. Darren was wonderful, checking on why it had not been delivered and getting it to me that afternoon. The problem was not with TnT per se, it was with the sub contractor who had decided to not pack everything on his docket and had slid my delivery under newer ones for delivery the next week. My call brought to the attention of management (Darren) and will be dealt with. It's a hassle living outside of the Coffs Harbour central area - we get weekly deliveries and, as in my case the subby deciding to blow my delivery off. Still - once Darren was made aware of the 'oversight' -It was remedied immediately.

Gave them a 1 star cause that's the least it will allow. Very bad service. I paid for express overnight delivery, then 3 days later when I finally got to talk to someone was told my items had been at the depot for 2 days but would not be delivered for another 3 days as that was the next run day in my area! My delivery address is 12 km from their depot! Not even a phone call to say come pick it up if you want it sooner! Sooo angry right now. When I asked for a refund on the extra paid for express overnight service I was told no that's not our policy. NEITHER IS GIVING THE CUSTOMER THE SERVICE THAT IS PAID FOR IN ADVANCE! ! Obviously! !
Find any other delivery company.
Big is not always best, and definitely not reliable.
