These guys are the "ants pants" of electrical work. Neat tidy very efficient. And Pauline, a beautiful bumble bee of friendliness in the office makes one feel like 'one of the group' and not just an invoice number. I can not recommend Faraday Group enough for their help. Replacing a 1950's power box with the latest wizz bang appliance was a large job so quickly and well done I was astonished. Thank You Faraday Group!

Found Faraday Group by chance and I was lucky. I have been looking for professional electricians to help me with lights at my new home, and it was difficult to find. Faraday Group was great. Pauline would listen, understand my needs and upfront about the pricing (which was reasonable). It was just into the new year and Pauline was able to help me organise Michael and Lucas to come out and to help me. Michael and Lucas were great: arrived on time; delivered quality work and really pleasant to work with. They were patient to listen to my requests; discussed ideas and started working.

In summary, I will definitely call Faraday Group for future electrical help; and more than happy to refer to family and friends.

We recently needed some electrical work and found that John from Faraday provided excellent service. He was pleasant, on time, professional, neat and tidy and achieved everything that we wanted done - we couldn't have asked for more.

We had a great experience with Faraday Group who were able to upgrade our electrical meter panel for our granny flat. They provided a full turn key service engaging us with the energy retailer through to installation. Pauline was very attentive and made our experience easy and quick.

WOW!

We were notified of a defect with the electrical point of attachment requiring a level 2 electrician to repair asap.
Pauline was very helpful and had someone attend the same afternoon to provide a quote the same day. She also contacted Ausgrid to stop the power being disconnected.
The work was completed the following day at a reasonable price.

I had to install (and relocate) a new meter box and new consumer mains with third phase option, thus needing a level 2 electrician.
The team responded very quickly- providing me a detailed written quote and answering all my questions on the phone. They not only scheduled the work promptly but also arrived on time to undertake the repairs. They were efficient and polite, kept the electricity cut- off time to a minimum and cleaned up well after they had finished their complex tasks.
