I am incredibly impressed with the wonderful service from Fantastic Plumbing.
Have been having some ongoing issues with a Zip unit which Conor addressed quickly and professionally.
The attention to detail in such things as receiving a phone call and SMS to confirm the service time, advising of Covid protocols etc, and on the day of the service an SMS notice advising the time the plumber would be arriving.
I was also really taken with the respect toward myself and our home; upon arrival & before entering the house Conor donned a pair of overboots.
Fantastic Plumbing is just that - Fantastic.

Wow, a reliable plumbing company in Byron shire with realistic pricing for the quality. What a great find - In short - HIGHLY recommend.

Calum from Fantastic Plumbing came around to do an Emergency Repair of shower (45 minutes from call to him arriving), he observed all the COVID rules, made sure I was comfortable and got straight down to business after we had quick chat about what was going on.

He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable about what he could and couldn't do regarding work to be done, as well as suggesting many great ideas which we have now done up as future work.

If this is the calibre of Fantastic Plumbing employees, then I am happy to have found them, and look forward to getting the work done that Calum quoted for me.

It's little things like all of the above that lead to a life-long customer, when you just thought you were getting a shower fixed. A+ service and the company provides you with updates to let you know when your technician will arrive and the receptionists are friendly.

What else to say other than I hope to see the same level of professionalism from all trades that help me get jobs done or repairs. If you have a fault, or emergency repair, give them a call and, as long as water isn't flooding something, relax because they will sort it out.

Such a great experience using fantastic plumbing. We woke up to our hot water heater leaking and called for assistance, we had a plumber at our place clearly explaining prices and installing a new one within hours. Easy to deal with, clear prices, professional services. 5 stars from me.

We have used Fantastic Plumbing for a broken toilet and when the hot water system in our house broke completely. What do I like about their service the most? Their honesty. I trust that when they make recommendations that this is really the necessary thing and that they are coming into the assessment with a 'what is best for the customer' attitude. The plumbers they have sent out, Sam and Calum, are both very friendly, kind and personable people who have been great to work with. This is all backed up by fantastic organisational skills and communication. We always have a contrasting story. I used another service in the area for a broken tap. It took 3 plumber visits from different plumbers across 7 months to diagnose the actual issue, and then took chasing on my part over months to get the issue resolved. This is why I like Fantastic Plumbing so much. They're everything you want in a trade service.
