They are hard to find.and fantastic furniture, has them at great, affordable prices.
You need to sort out your click and collect system. I purchased a quilt cover online and had to click and collect as it could not be shipped, I’m not sure why. I came from Bathurst NSW to Penrith and I went to the warehouse as instructed online. When I arrived the man said all manchester is at the Penrith store and someone should have called you, which they had not (the order was from three days previous). After 35 mins of afternoon traffic we arrived back to the store where the order was not prepared or ready to go and the staff could not care less. Overall a VERY poor experience.
Paid 2 grand for a lounge to get it and for the bits the back rest slide into not straight or and for to them not to clip in wouldn't waste my money there tbh so dissapointed definatly not up to quality for price
Easy to deal with! I was served by a older blonde lady unfortunately I can’t remember her name. She was super nice! I ordered a bed, shelf and computer chair. Highly recommend for the service. Unfortunately the bed is so loud! Havanna branded queen bed.don’t buy it.
This place is is easy to get to it is fully wheelchair accessible. It is not as flash as some others but furniture is good value if you want basic stuff. Customer service was a bit slow but delivery is fast
Do NOT buy the Drake lounge or any other "loose cushioned" lounge from fantastic furniture. Cushions severely misshapen after a couple of months light use and despite "fluffing" them up. They are not covered under warranty and store will not replace. I have bought furniture and rugs from fantastic in the past but now they've lost a loyal customer. Disappointed and angry.
Better than I thought. Great service from the young bloke here. I think they’ve come along way.it’s now reasonable and still fairly well priced for what it is.
This is a great place to shop furniture if you are on a budget as they have some very competitively priced packages on offer all year round.
BAD experience. Staff were not interested in serving us, and we were definitely buying. After about 15minutes we finally attracted some attention and were greeted with, do youse want some help. Will not be going there again and will be telling our friends!
Very friendly staff - even helping to carry things to car. Decent range at low prices, although obviously you get what you pay for! They had lots of different soft furnishings if you just want to refresh your house a bit. Easy parking.
Love the service and really happy with the sofa that we received. Took a while but it is all worth it.
