An average mix of average furniture at very reasonable prices. Store is air conditioned and easy to navigate through. Mattresses were particularly affordable.

I brought a matching bedside tables online two and a half weeks ago and they have not arrived, for two weeks I have been trying to resolve the issue but no success.

Very friendly staff at click and collect.
Put my parcel into my car as it was to heavy for me to do. Will definitely shop here again.

The only reason this is 4 star & not 5 star review due to the instructions on the coffee table, Im a trade qualified fitter so It made sense once I put the manual out of sight. Otherwise the furniture is right for the space and 1/3 the cost of the competition - & just - if not more comfortable than 'high end leather'. Thx.

Supposed to get a mattress and base delivered today, only the mattress showed up.
It’s taken the store 3 hrs so far to tell me what’s going on, meanwhile my 6yo previous bed has been dismantled and thrown, I don’t have another day to wait for another delivery and he’s meant to sleep where exactly? Not fantastic in my eyes.

Looking for my new lounge today I find on there Web pages & visit there store in campbelltown they were very hopefully & I brought on Zip pay money 12 months interest free have my lounge delivered next week.

Never a good experience shopping here in store.everything on display but nothing actually instore that you can walk out with as its not in stock.

Bought a king size bed 4 years ago, my son jumped on the bed and broke three slats. Went in to FF at 4 pm Sunday to purchase some slats, a very pleasant lady called Chiara checked and told me the bed was out of warranty. Nevertheless, she asked me how many slats I needed, went to the back of the store and brought out the last three slats in the store. I didn't have to pay a cent for it. What amazing customer service. I will not forget this great shopping experience and will definitely be back to FF for more purchases. Thank you FF Campbelltown and Chiara (Sorry if I didn't get your name right).

Service is fine and the prices are reasonable. I have bought some simple pieces here such as a coffee table and TV unit but I would avoid the soft furnishings such as lounges. The quality just isn't there, the foam isn't nice to sit on. For a lounge I'd pop over the road to super Amart instead.

I ordered the stock via the phone and they only had stock in this location so I had to come here, was a very long drive from Bankstown. But the pick up process was very simple and efficient. I was in and out (no joke) 6 mins from the time I rang the door bell.
Staff were friendly and efficient, so besides the long drive back and forth everything was smooth

I meant to review this place in 2019, when I bought a queen bed and a mattress.

I forgot the guy's name but he was very patient and helped me choose the perfect queen-sized bed and the best mattress I've ever laid down on. Also, in June 2020, my house flooded (ankle deep) and the bed did not get damaged.

I am definitely coming again!

Great customer service. I found this coffee table in great design which I found similar one from other shops and their price was way too exy but the one from Fantastic Furniture was great in value. I'm so happy with my purchase.
