Great store, friendly staff who provide exceptional service and go out of the way to help me find what i was looking for based on my requirements eg design, size and price.

Poor customer service. Don't know how to properly process ZipMoney and ZipPay Finance options. Do not use finance with them or you will wait weeks for a refund. Shout out to Sean from the Artarmon store however, who helped me very quickly to resolve this.

Just drove up to by a table. Website says five in stock. Salesperson tells us they are in transit between warehouses. Zero attention to customer satisfaction and zero experience. Did not let us by the floor stock item 89 bucks for a side table. This salesperson and manager are complete fools. Totally depressing afternoon. No business sense whatsoever. Better off closing your doors. I'd give it no stars if I could as that's exactly what we got. Go elsewhere.

I definitely do not recommend buying anything from this shop. I bought a book shelf from there and after 3 weeks of chasing and calling for my delivery, I ended up going to the store to get the refund. The management of this store cannot care less about their customers! The last thing on their list is customer service and top priority for them is hiding away from customers and ignoring them!
