Fantastic Furniture (Click & Collect Only)

I’ve been to this store 3 times this past month and not once have I been approached by staff. Instead they just stand at the counter chatting. In the end I decided to spend the extra money at Amart.

Only giving a one star because the review system doesn't allow for Zero stars. We purchased two pantry cupboards from this store yesterday. We were assisted (for lack of a a more accurate word) by a worker named Will, who brought the cupboards out to the loaded dock, threw the receipt on the ground and walked away to leave me and my mother (who anyone can see is disabled) to load the merchandise by ourselves. Since only one of us was able to lift, I was therefore made to load 72 KG worth of wood into our card by myself. Disgusting service; will never shop here again, would not recommend this store to anyone.

Went in today and there was a worker coughing all over the place. Even if she wasn’t contagious, she should at least be covering her cough.

Had a issue with a desk I got, after I gave them a call after hours they got back to me the next day with multiple solutions asking which worked best for me. Management man Brad was super helpful both over the phone and in person with helping me. Absolutely fantastic, pun intended.

I really enjoy shopping here. I have bought a lot of my furniture from Fantastic. The staff are always helpful. The products are great value for money.

Good clean fantastic furniture store. Have bought a few things here over the years. Some of the flat packs cna be difficult to put togeather with minimal instructions but everything had gone togeather well for the most part. Friendly staff and easy to access loading dock.

Went shopping here today for a new bed and dining table set. They had a beautiful range and it was easy to find exactly what we wanted with the assistance from Cassie she gave absolutely outstanding customer service. Super friendly and patient with us while we tried to set up payment arrangements. We can’t wait to get our furniture now. Thanks again to Cassie for being so friendly and honest.

A variety of furniture but at the moment 12 - 14 weeks for delivery is far too long especially when you buy an unfurnished home

Staff are very helpful & store has a great layout. No driving far to get goods purchased convenient item pick up around corner.

Worst service I have ever EVER received! I would never recommend buying from here (If 0 stars was an option it would be more accurate).

My brother and I went in store and were not approached for assistance in 30mins or more. We decided to approach the staff ourselves and ask about the couches we had decided to choose between. We were told that it was an 8 week wait so we may as well order now. We informed the staff member we were just looking for some more information on said couches and all she could say was it will take 8 weeks so we should order now if we wanted it. So we decided to order online instead to avoid giving any business to Bennetts Green for their pathetic service.

Online turned into more of a disaster and we have now been waiting 11 weeks even though we were told it would be made AND shipped to my house in 7-8 weeks. We have been constantly trying to call for updates on our couch with no real direction of where it is or when it will be here (I have made 6 calls myself chasing it up). It is being shipped to Bennetts Green (even though I tried to order through the Newcastle store) and have tried to get an answer of when it will be delivered. All I have been told is that it will be here maybe on Wednesday (making it over 12 weeks since the order date) and that one part is already at the store but they are waiting on the rest.

I will no longer be ordering from fantastic furniture, I will spend the little bit of extra money for companies that actually care about their customers and customer service.

At this rate I honestly wonder if I will ever receive my couch or it was a waste of $1000 dollars.

If I wanted poor quality furnature I'd go to Fantastic Furnature.oh wait

Had a table, a leg fell off the night before I was about to hoast morning tea with family that had arrived from Tasmania (warranty had just ran out). I was forever tighening the chair legs. I gave the table set away so I wouldnt have to pay a tip fee.
Never ever again

Non existent customer service. There were more staff than customers, yet not once was I approached in the 20+ minutes I was in the store. I went in with the full intention of buying a sofa then and there, however their direct competitor will now get my money.
The funny thing was, that although I could not get anyone to assist me, a staff member approached my 3 year old and admonished him for climbing on a chair! I have no problem with my children being reprimanded for doing something wrong, but when you can't attend to my needs as a customer, but go out of your way to approach my son, your customer service priorities are way out of whack. You wouldn't want them working for you.

Purchased a lounge 10 years ago when it was just hubby and I.now with 4 children it was time for a upgrade. We looked at other places and settled with a customizable modular From fantastic because of the service and product on offer

Very disappointed! Went in and bought a dining table with 4 chairs. When I got it there were pieces broken, paint off. Got a refund. Also bought a lounge supposed to be 3 seater. Waited 6 weeks and OMG when I got it the cushions were different sizes, they didn't fit the lounge properly. You can see in the pics. Called the manager was offered a full refund again! I couldn't do that because I had to return the lounge so I wouldn't have one so he said keep the lounge and gave me a refund of $200. The lounge is no good gives me bad back aches. Not the lounge I looked at in store. The store was ok a long time ago but now it is cheap cr.p. Please really look in the store if u want anything. Never again!
