Fantastic Furniture

I'm looking for comfy chairs, told they were all online not instore, hard to try them on line.

The staff are always very helpful and I didn't have to wait weeks for the furniture I ordered

They were very helpful, but it is a small store they don't carry everything, but they can order in what you want, but must pay first. That's no good for me.

Coffs Harbour Store. With unexpected guest arriving. Requird a mattress urgently. Thanks to the smart thinking of the young man in deliveries, we left with the mattress we went to purchase. Absolutely brilliant customer service and extremely appreciatiated. 100% smart stock management on his behalf. Thank you so much for your assistance.

From start to finish the service was top class. Trudy was the initial team member that assisted me with purchasing our new lounge and she couldn’t of been more helpful. The online guide and virtual camera was such a bonus loved it. We were told 4-6 weeks for our Australian made product to be ready and it was delivered within 3 weeks to our house in perfect condition. 5 stars fantastic furniture. I manage a local restaurant and will definitely be sharing my experience with others and will be back.

Terrible service. Stevie was incredibly rude to my Mother while my Mum was just trying to be nice and explain the situation to her, however Stevie kept talking over her and claiming she knew everything about the situation and completely dismissed my Mum.

Didn't have what I wanted but there are some good deals to be had. Great for young couples starting out with some good package deals.

Plenty of parking and a great variety of homewares from furniture to bedding and all your home ware needs at good prices. Plus a lovely Cafe to have a coffee or lunch, and especially after a big shop.

What a great place to deal with the staff are friendly and willing to help and found a bargain.

Staff were reluctant to help at the point of sale, but sold me on a rug that was supposed to arrive 4-5 weeks later.

Closer to 8 weeks later I have just been told I need to wait another 7-8 weeks. Received no information from the store throughout this time. Each time I called them to ask about the rug, they told me it shouldn't be much longer.

To make this a tad more frustrating, the rug is available in stores around the country but Coffs Fantastic won't facilitate the delivery to their store. Abysmal service in both communicating changes to the delivery date and finding alternative solutions to the problem.

I found the rug of my dreams in April this year to use in a house we were selling. I ordered it and paid for it knowing they expected a 4week delay. Then the delay kept getting extended.we sold our home and moved away and after 5 months of me patiently waiting, (and winter coming and going) today I finally got an email saying it had arrived and needed to picked up within 7 days! Its impossible for us to do that. They would not budge on this, even though we have moved. They did not offer to help with delivery or even let me pay for getting it delivered.
I had to ask them for a refund, and lose the rug even though I had waited so long for it! Shame on them for such poor service and pressure tactics.
Im thankful for their willingness to refund, but devastated to lose the rug I had hoped for.

Missing a bed slat not a great feeling when you know your getting stuffed around. Wont recommend fantastic furniture coffs harbour again.
