47 The staff weren't busy.
We were looking for something and walked past the same staff three times and looked directly at them.
They looked right at us and didn't even acknowledge us.
We thought about approaching them to ask for assistance, but because we were ignored totally and they were actually not doing anything at the time, we decided to spend the money elsewhere.
But that's okay if they didn't want the thousands of dollars we were going to spend. It's quite ok.
We were happy to spend it at A-mart where the staff were very helpful.
Absolutely loved the customer service by Andrew @ the Warwick farm location. Left with a suitable desk for our needs and the misses left with a mirror she’s been eyeing out for ages. Thanks heaps!
Gave us a wrong furniture part. We have to go all the way to the store which is very far from our place to pick up the missing part because they didn’t even asked if they can deliver the part to us.
Didn't like the staff or team cz they refused to take in @ 4: 55pm all the way to here from another fantastic furniture branch
Bought few items and was a pleasant experience! I was served by Manager Sancha and he was really polite and guided me thoroughly till checkout but also want to thank the girl Powlay with great product knowledge and assistance!:)
Easy online transaction and fast click and collect staff assisted putting in car great customer service from the back dock will def come back
Customer service is 0 no understanding, they made me de assemble my bed and just because their driver couldn't find my unit they left i have no bed to sleep on, i have bed parts all over my apartment. This is the 2 time its happening.

To fix your problem, it's good store to shop and to mention also a young lady about 20 that I'm not sure her name, she is amazing and polite.
Bad customer service, one lady there in particular who just does not care about anything. Please hire better staff!
Horrible customer service! I was directed to the fantastic furniture store from the one in Casula. First of all, we walked in, the three staff members were chatting to one another behind the counter, not acknowledging us one bit or asking if we needed help. The bald guy behind the counter was not helpful whatsoever. I wanted to double check the height of the tv stand, he told me to go to the back as there was one on display. I told him i had already been to the back and the one on display looked a lot smaller. He then proceeded to ask the female worker to double check the height online and she told me 120mm, i was confused and asked them to double check. He was persistent it's the same one and made me feel like a burden for asking for help. He looked as though he was done with the conversation. I politely asked if he could double check the display one to make sure the measurements were correct and it was the right tv stand. As we got there, he realised it had been taken off display. I asked if he could compare the height to any other TV stand and he said no. We asked if we could see the box and read the measurements ourselves, he then told us to drive to the back as he could no longer help us. WORST SERVICE EVER, NOT RETURNING.
I recently purchased bed from ff Warwick farm and they delivered it with a defect one. After reaching out to them (once visiting the shop, multiple times call to customer care, and email communications), still they haven't picked up the damaged product and refund has not been initiated yet. Absolutely disappointed with their service.
Lots of choices not only on furniture but all things for the household and also outside the house decors. This branch has ample parking area and there are also lots of stores around.
My recent issue with FF was ordering something that was available online only but be clear, I have never had issue with Warwick Farm store itself. The Louisa Make-Up Mirror was misleading in its product description. The assembled measurement that is stated as L36cm x D8cm x H47cm is not correct. When the mirror was delivered, I immediately noticed it was very small. The ACTUAL assembled product is L31cm x D6cm x H36cm, which is very significant. I even verified this with the third party supplier who said it would let FF know to change their product description. Furthermore, no one called me to arrange when they would collect the item back for refund. I get a phone call from the driver out of the blue several days later on a weekend and who can't get hold of me but after 7 missed calls in the space of an hour, decides to turn up at my home and question my son. I get home as they are leaving and see that they have the mirror, much to my disgust. I demanded to know why my son gave them the mirror without consulting me first. He said he felt compelled to because they kept knocking on the door and then questioned him over it. Disgusted by how this was handled. No apologies, no follow up, no compensation for the misleading advertising and wasting my time. Refunded my money several days later and that was that. Needless to say, 3 weeks after my complaint and bringing it to their attention, they still haven't updated their online product description. Perhaps the ACCC might have something to say about this blatant disregard for false and misleading claims.
Upon entering, no one had said hello or asked us if we needed help, even when they went right passed us, so once we knew what we wanted we went to the front counter, and after paying over $1500 we asked if there were any more deals, but the rude manager was no interested in us and kept leaning on the counter on her phone and said “that’s the price, we don’t change the prices” - just the rudeness and not even looking us in the eye and caring for us as a customer, I do regret buying from this place
Got sent the wrong products twice. Due to it being a factory fault apparently I still had to take out my personal time and fuel and energy to go and pick it up from the store even upon paying for delivery. Customer service at store is also rude as staff comment on your personal conversations upon overbearing it and give their own personal comments.

Before going in me and my partner tried to call but no one answered, five minutes later we arrived and there was absolutely no one in store? The lady with the glasses was just sitting on one of the couches playing on her phone and didn't bother to greet or come serve me and my partner. When we went to inquire about a product to the gentleman at the front he responded back like we were stupid and was very rude about it. This was the second time I've come back and both times were just horrible.
Horrible customer service, went there today (15.11). Lady with glasses and bold guy didn't even say " hi " or " how can I help you ". Was there for 20 min they didn't even acknowledge me or asking for help.
Lucky them when they can afford bad customer service on this tough time, when all bussines are fighting for customers.
Don't understand why there is a phone number for the Warick Farm store when nobody ever answers the phone.
I was just in fantastic furniture Warwick Farm, I walked around for at least 20 minutes and did not get greeted or served by a single person. There were 3 other customers in the store also not getting served. I will take my business elsewhere.
