Fantastic Furniture

Have just got off the phone from Fantastic Furniture Taree.
Ordered all my furniture for my new unit and I had Gavin help me out.
What a lovely experience.
He was so friendly and professional.

I went in the other day to buy a short stool so I wandered around to see what I could find. I asked the young lady if she had short stools and she says, " I am sorry we don't have any". I said "I saw some around the corner there, are they all you have in store? ". We took a look and she said "yes that is all we have"! On my way walking out of the store I wandered slowly looking about and I noticed another stack of different short stools that she didn't know about. Staff need to get familiar with stock in the store. Lucky I saw them on my wander or I would have probably took her word for it and walked out without buying a stool.

Just received my Joplin sofa and I would highly recommend these. Extremely comfortable and well made. The sofa sits higher on its strong wooden legs so I can get up from it easier with my crook knees. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much bother.

We purchased a new sofa bed, recliner chair and foot stool. The service, the staffs product knowledge and they were spot on when we were able to pick up our purchases.
The quality of the product that were purchased was above our expectations!

Fantastic's products were packed so much better than our brand new leather lounge purchase from "Brians homemakers", which they were required to come repair.

I hadn't been inside a FF for 15 years, and it was my loss.

I could fitout a childs room, inc.bed frame and mattress for under $500 - probably an adult's room as well.

For those who don't need to spend $5000 on bedside tables just to sleep at night, this is the best place to get the best quality relevant to price in the country! Guaranteed!

I paid $79ea for 2 x lowboy drawer units. Everywhere else, similar products started at $300, some places went into the thousands - for the cheapest small, 3-drawer lowboy. Seriously?

It doesn't have bearings for the drawers, nor does it have gold or even gold-plated handles. They will be living inside a built-in robe, so I don't give a toss about those things.

I was after a no-frills lowboy drawer set, and THE ONLY STORE to offer anything similar to what I was seeking is Fantastic Furniture!

There were several online options, but they weren't sizably compatible, they were also more expensive, and I had to pay freight on top if everything else as well!

When I visited the store I was treated to an incredible shopping alternative. They had entire bedroom settings: drawers, desks, mirrors, inc.beds too. These settings were actually less expensive than most places were asking for their budget 3-drawer lowboy's alone. Given that Fantastic Furniture caters for the lower end of the market, they had quite incredible packages for literally fantastic prices!

It's just a suggestion, but I truly believe that if you're trying to keep within a budget, you at least check out these guys, especially the Taree branch because I know I'll be returning!

*Just a shout out to Jackson especially, for being patient with me because I had to return several times to make sure the things would fit - it turns out I have literally one millimetre spare, the fit is perfect! - and Chelsea for tolerating my bad jokes, also Gavin out the back!
All three combined made my shopping experience a very pleasant and satisfying one.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Large place, good to walk around and have a look at things. Overall decent

Clean and well maintained great selection.
2 staff at counter talking and left us to wander the store, we were only greeted once we looped back to front desk. 4 of the stars are for the gentleman in the pick up dock. Blown away with his aussie friendliness, wasnt for him sorry but 1 star would be it.

Walked in at 515pm walked out 15mins later with the bed we needed. Organised staff who were helpful.

No customer service went in store the two staff members just stood behind counter talking no other customers in store, only myself and husband after about 10 mins we approached staff about the item we came to purchase only to be told it would cost $80 more than the online price? I won't be back and I will let all my friends know that the Taree store don't want your business!

Decent selection but awful unfriendly staff. They stand behind the counter giggling and whispering at customers. Very rude.

Paid for the unit as displayed on pickup found out it was a flatpack that had to be assembled (won't be caught ever again
