I had an awesome experience with staff, especially Sarah, the assistant manager who were so engaging and with knowledge of store products which made it easy to navigate what I wanted. 5 stars.

Do your self a favour, better buy your couches from somewhere else, otherwise you have to wait five months, with out knowing. They don't even tell you what's with the delay about your order, unless you call them, that's ridiculous, i never buy anything again never, specially from this store.

Worst service ever.their store manager Daniel is just a rubbish person. They should change their store manager and put in someone who knows good customer service as well as a responsible person.

My partner and I came a month ago. Our experience was made easy and simple with the help of Sarah. She was extremely kind and assisting. We will be back here for future purchases.

My partner and I are moving out and needed a bed frame. Daniel served us and was so amazing. Super friendly, personable, and accommodating to our budget and preferences. Huge shout out to him!

I bought a coffee table recently and had a problem with putting it together. I knew it was something I was doing wrong. I called Fantastic Furniture for help. Tasha told me to bring it up to see what they could do. Daniel organised a trolley and then carried it back to the car after assembly and Carlos patiently explained and showed me where I had gone wrong and then finished the job for me! Tasha is always cheerful and helpful and has helped me in the past with problems and Daniel and Carlos also went a step further in their customer care and service.hank you all once again. Michelle

I went here to look for an L shaped desk and not only did I find a great one, an assistant here named Julia gave me the best customer service ever. Great visit, great purchase

Although the staff have been kind n helping me work out where my 2 2 seater lounges are? Still got no positive answers. Each time I call it's a different answer. I ordered these 2 lounges February 16th 2022 been paid in full n still awaiting.no I'm not happy until I get them.

Best place I found the best lounge with recliner and it was a bargain so I bought it no questions asked which includes delivery.

It is always good for a look, when buying home furniture. Saw this amazing lounge suit, really comfortable, electric recliners and cup holders etc. They have a couple of cool bar tables, which we got one and ditched our traditional dinning table, perfect for apartment living.

Was misinformed before purchasing a product and now they won't let me exchange or return. Not happy.

Appalling customer service. Purchased rug online, courier lost the rug. Fantastic Furniture customer service team refuse to dispatch a new rug. This was a gift for my daughters birthday. No one cares, it’s like speaking to a brick wall to try and resolve this issue. Rug was purchased on 1 August, 28 days later and no delivery this is unacceptable.

Staff was rude and sarcastic when pretending to try and resolve my issue. Lack of customer service and no stock available. Processing of refunds takes 5 - 10 business days in 2020? Something needs to be fixed here. Used to be good.

Value for money colours lounges not great variety but comfy cheap luv oval marble lookalike coffee table bit big for flat but it's stylish I got round side table instead.

Would like to thank the young guy on register that served my wife and i today. He was kind, courteous and had impeccable manners. We had come in searching for the Havana square coffee table only to find out it had been discontinued.ive been wanting this table for ages.i waited a week too long. The young man then let me know one had been returned yesterday Brand new in box! Needless to say i now own it. Haha
Also want to give a shout out to the warehouse team, they were nothing but polite and even carried the table to our ute for us. Thank you all again!

Decent selection at decent prices. Find the furniture much more comfortable over Ikea. Jack in particular was very helpful

Have not had the best experences here. The service leaves a lot to be desired, am usually ignored upon entering. The furniture i have bought degrades and falls apart very quickly. For example the folding sofa i purchased feel apart very quickly. It serms to be a consistancy issue as the tv stand i purchased is still in good condition.

Added an extra star because staff have tried to redolve the issue.

If your after cheap reliable furniture that if looked after will last then FF is your place but didn't do it for me, service was ok.
