Fantastic Furniture

Good service in the store but very slow on deliveries. I am still waiting for two paid for dining room chairs after six weeks

I was told that my desk was going to arrive the following Monday after I ordered my desk, (this is what I was told in person to ordering it) I ring up Tuesday and I was very polite asking if it had come in, the lady nicely explained the truck was cancelled and will be in on Thursday which I was fine with and the call ended, then a different lady rang me back just to say that she told me that it would take 3-4 weeks, and I was in shock and said “oh? ” And she goes “yes I told you this in person and it’s on your docket” which I didn’t have in front of me, and I didn’t check because I didn’t need it until I picked it up, she was very rude and just said, “you can pick up part of it but we don’t have the rest, it will be 1-3 weeks” saying yet a different time? !

Store and product is good however OMG, delivery contractor (Green Little Truck) was painful. Very rude customer service. Asked for indicative time for delivery and he didn’t provided one. They arrived home without notice and then they expect to drop everything and attend them. Left big box of lounge in garage and no courtesy to bring in home. I mean what’s the point of delivery? We pay for delivery to get ease of business and save our time not to get painful experience.

I was happy with my purchase but I was very dissatisfied with the staff service and attitude towards the customer I was very disappointed.with them

There delivery service is terrible and when you say I will be home in 3 minutes they say we already left

When shopping at Fantastic Furniture Tamworth we were given some great advice by one of the staff members. We came in with buying a specific lounge but ended up choosing another due to this helpful advice.
However, when sat on the lounge in the shop I requested what side to have the chaise on, showing the lady what side (wasn't sure if it would be considered the left when sitting down on it or the right when looking at it).

After waiting 5 months for it to arrive, we quickly realised the chaise was made on the wrong side.
Luckily, we reevaluated our placement of the lounge and it ended up working out better. However, it is a very careless mistake if we couldn't make it work and it would've been extremely frustrating having to wait for a new one to be delivered after waiting all this time.

Got a Webster 3 seater lounge delivered, went to put it together. Noticed the instructions said to attach washers to the bottom of the lounge. WEREN'T ANY WASHERS IN the BOX.contact the Tamworth store to notify them, but have to wait for the person to speak with STaff.

We love FF they keep their prices low but it does not compromise their product. We have been buying from them for over 15 years now & will continue to do so. Great product great staff.

I knew exactly what I wanted, as I did research online. I don’t think I have walked further than 10meters in that store. Friendly and professional staff. Helped me straight away, placed my order, payed, had my furniture put in the car for me and left the premises within 12.38 minutes:)

The furniture is poorly made but with the hundreds of dollars price tags probably took $2 to make.

Highly disappointed with counter staff olivia f at fantastic furniture tamworth today morning.i think she should learn how to treat with customers over there. I spent nearly $1000 on sofas but the way she speak omg i was nearly gonna leave but my wife stopped me because we travelled almost 70 km to purchase.even she charged extra for delivery i checked online it’s showing $115 but she charged $155.overall i’m not gonna go again at fantastic furniture at tamworth and manager should tell her what’s the customer services is.

A great place to buy furniture for a new home owner. I helped my daughter furnish her new home and much of the furniture came from here. The staff were helpful and the furniture she purchased was of good quality and very well priced for someone starting out.

Great ladies serving willing to help quick service.
Just be aware anyone in a wheel chair be sure to take a friend to open the door for you.

Disappointed that my delivery didn't show up but at least I got my fee back. However $60 to put together a buffet and $15 per chair is crazy. I hope that the furniture will be good when it finally does arrive.

Staff are helpful, but I've never been approached by them. I've asked for assistance once and the particular staff member I received help from was evidently not in the mood to help, but they may have just been in a bad mood. The bloke working in the warehouse it's always approachable.

Thank you for great over the phone service and assistance, I needed to purchase a mattress and arrange to have it delivered to my 92 year old mother living in Tamworth, the staff member Tye who handled my call was very helpfull. Living in Brisbane it is very comforting to now that you can still get good country service.
