A big thank you to Rutherford fantastic furniture I had a problem with one of my flat packs sent a email to the manufacturer they still haven't got back to me since the 11/1/24. I go into the shop at Rutherford and within 10mins I had the part I was missing.great service thank you to the two young men that listened to my complaint and fixed it right there and then

Never disappointed when purchasing items from this store! Susan and Ryan are incredible and so are the rest of the staff! Extremely helpful and at the ready for all your questions and needs. I purchased a new bed and mattress around 6 months ago and at the time, I couldn’t afford to get the other furniture items that I wanted so I said I would be back. Ryan remembered that I had said this when purchasing the bed and both Susan and himself went above and beyond in ensuring that I had all of the new furniture pieces I wanted at a great, affordable price and even went so far as to check other stores when an item I wanted was not available in their store. The whole experience can be summed into one word…. FANTASTIC!

Fantastic customer service from the manger and her staff. Went to another fantastic store and was completely Ignored so went to another and brought up big. Even pick up from back dock wasn't a issuse friendly helpful staff goes along way. Well done

Terrible service, ignored by staff. When finally served by staff after waiting around for 35mins in a store vacant of other customers the staff were rude.

We bought a single guest folding bed and the product is great. The guy taking my money was very happy and the lady in dispatch was also very happy.the other guy in dispatch serving a different person was also very happy. That tells me that the boss is treating them well. I will shop there again

I'd give 10 stars if I could!

All of the staff were friendly and helpful! Even with my kids being a bit cranky, came home with a lovely sofa that I never would have seen and we all love!

Nice layout.
Prices are reasonable for what I have purchased.
Cath is the reason why I came back after a big issue.
Approx 4 out of 5 times have been great experiences.
That 1 time was no fault of shop staff.
Cath remembers customers by name, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very accomodating.

We are very happy with our new lounge we just picked up yesterday and the people at the shop have been very helpful and friendly while we were waiting for the stock. But we had a horrible service when we were picking up our lounge from the back loading dock, the bold guy was swearing and wouldn't bring the item out for us because we had a van, he kept saying f words and saying it wouldn't fit in the van, we've already measured everything before we went there so didn't understand why he made such a big fuss about it plus why swearing in front of customers. Probably better let other guys to deal with customers as they are actually nice and try to help you.

Customer service doesn't exist unless you go looking for it. Prices are ok but expect to wait for your furniture to come in

Recently bought a king bed and base, excellent service, great price, some lines were not in stock, good old covid has played havoc with deliveries. All in all my retail experience with Fantastic Furniture was "Fantastic"

Update: 16/8/2021

I originally had 1 star, however, after the quick turnaround and resolution from when the store contacted, I think it is only fair to increase the rating, based on that interaction. Besides an odd comment made by Sue at the start of our conversation, she had promised to call at 10am on Sunday 15/8/21 and at 10: 13am she called i answered and she said to a colleague, "you are my witness, im calling her at 10: 13AM". Sue, actually was extremely helpful, she had a replacement bed arranged to be delivered AND assembled. She also had our lounge looked at as well, she also arranged a refund for the difference in price of the bed.

Ross, the third party she organised to deliver and assemble the bed, was terrific and had the bed assembled in no time at all! We actually will be using him in the future as he has his own company to assemble flat packs etc.

Ryan, the store person that contacted me on Monday, was so lovely, and friendly.

The new bed, feels sturdy the middle piece and support beam is thicker then the old bed, it is white however, works well with the room.

I cannot call to leave a message at all with the store. I have reached out on messenger, I have emailed. I cannot sleep in my bed that was purchased recently and delivered in February 2021. Since you are ignoring me, I am literally putting this on EVERY AVAILBLE. PLATFORM.good job keeping customers from posting on your Facebook page as well. The pictures are of my bed and wardrobe

At approximately 4: 30AM on 13th August 2021 i turned in the bed (this was AFTER I had already reached out to resolve this issue) and all the slats on the left side fell. I was started
The mattress and me were on the floor
My foot is actually really sore from this.
I immediately took a video abd sent it via messenger. Please. Look at it. I sent it at 4: 30am. As of 7: 55pm on 13th August 2021, no one has responded although I was told bu Nadia to respond (I will put pics of the conversation)

When I came home tonight. We looked close at the bed. My blanket was hiding a horror story. The frame is SPITTING and coming apart. It is unsleepable.

My wardrobe, is coming apart as well.
We assumed we messed up with the instructions, similar to another issue listed here, we purchased two wardrobes, the first one literally collapsed as we put it up. We ended up screwing it with our own screws. We were going to screw this one too, although now that our bed is splitting, literally, we are certain these products are faulty. Our slim boy also collapsed. We had to screw that together as well.

I suggest someone returns my emails and messages. I oddly enough, found a complaint on a complaints board about their Havana bed splitting too (see pics for their complaint),

Should this product be recalled?

Update: I have JUST found another complaint about the Havana bed doing the same thing as mine. Listed 2 weeks ago on product reviews. I have just added this to the pictures.

Update: I have found a review from 6 Months ago on product review for the Havana bed that has THE SAME ISSUE! PLEASE SEE THEIR PHOTOS. THIER PICTURES HAVE THE RUG UNDER THE BED, MINE DO NOT.you will be forgiven to think they were same as they have the SAME split in the the SAME spot!
