2Extremely disappointed with your inflexibility and lack of understanding of remote customers. I purchased a flat pack of 4 chairs, travelled 140km home, assembled the chairs to discover in the box were 5 sets of one part and 3 sets of another, instead of 4 of each. Phoned the store to be told yes, they could provide the missing part but only if I returned the extra one. Your staff are asking me to drive 280km round trip to fix a Fantastic Furniture mistake. More frustratingly my husband is driving right past the store tomorrow on his way home from working remotely. No, they will not give him the proper part without being given back the wrong part. I am very happy to give back the wrong part when I make the trip through in January. But No, I was told this absolutely was not an option. I will not have the 4 chairs in time for Xmas which was the reason for buying them. Massive thumbs down to your Dubbo store!
Its funny that i was very confused as i walked around because everything was actually good quality for a reasonable price unlike other large retail chains in town who want to charge you a limb for cheaply made furniture
