Wouldn’t go near this place. They priced the stretcher and frame which was fine never told me they would demand half up front. Nobody could tell me how much they were insured for. Decided to just collect my painter to find they had refilled it twisted.

We absolutely loved the service provided to us. We were appointed with one of the highly professional staff, ‘Mert’. He not only picked our artwork on time from our location, also called us before delivery to ensure it is handled correctly.
With the framing, one of the best quality finish, quality material and wrapped well to prevent scratching on delivery. I will always contact them for high quality framing on affordable price.

I used the mobile service. The framer who collected my artwork and returned it was Mert. It was a great service and fantastic turn around time.
Mert was extremely polite, friendly and new his job well.

I had a 30yr old picture (on the original paper) framed and I could not be happier. I received excellent advice ranging from the frame, width, colour and which glass would highlight the features (based on where I would place it). I am really chuffed with the service & result. I’ve now had 3 pics framed by Fantastic and each job has been very good. My last job was completed in a matter of hours: dropped off around 11am and I received the ready text at 17: 15. It was very small but I didn’t expect same day service.

I recently dropped in seven pieces for framing and mounting. It was a mix of canvas to be stretched and photographic prints to be traditionally framed. The work was beautifully done, a very reasonable price and done in a great timeframe. I'll definitely be back.

Can’t recommend Dob and the team from Fantastic Framers Alexandria enough. I dropped off a painting to get framed and it was surprisingly ready to collect within 3 hours. Very impressed by their competitive pricing and great quality framing.

Took two of my canvasses to be stretched just before they were about to close shop at 6pm yesterday, and at 9.15 this morning got an sms saying the canvasses were ready for pick-up!

These guys are true to their name - absolutely fantastic. Run by artists who can give advice that is not obvious to a non-artistic type. Very professional, friendly and quick service. I can 't recommend them highly enough.
