I’m very happy with the quality of the service at this dry cleaner - the new owner, Anna, carefully listened to my instructions, and read the label on a new, complicated top - it is made of silk, and also has delicate spangles attached. Superb job done, all the spangles are intact. The other items cleaned were pure silk and a viscose blouse too- great job, very reasonable price and lots of parking right outside on Victoria Ave, Chatswood. I noticed that they also repair clothes and they have a shirt wash and press service- good to know. Highly recommended.

The worst dry cleaner EVER! I will recommend this service to someone who's eager to have their clothes lost and ruined. My husband had one of his shirts totally ruined. There was no stain on the shirt but they attempted breaching for no reason, and claimed that the "stain" can't removed and asked for money. (What they call the "stain" is actually white out stain which was apparently the result of the excessive and unnecessary breaching process they made.)
Now they've lost another shirt. It's been missing for 3 weeks now and the lady at the counter told me that she doesn't know where it is and waiting for someone to turn back the shirt as she assumes that she has handed the shirt to a wrong person. (No apologies) So she wants me to come back again to check if the shirt has come back, then asked the description of the shirt finally at this stage. Obviously no effort was made before to locate the lost shirt.
No organization, no logic, no reasonable logistics and no customer service is in this place. Also the place is getting really filthier and messed up with clients clothes these days, no wonder they constantly lose track of clients clothes.
Will go for official process to have a compensation for lost goods.
Don't go to this place if you don't wanna waste your clothes and time.

Have had suits, shirts and bedding done without issues. Also great for fast turn around when I needed on the same day.
