The reviews about this store are true. Owner has a pathetic attitude unwilling to help. Their showroom isn’t worth a visit because none of the fountains are even on… I recommend you check out Parklea markets they sell the exact same stock (comes from the same supplier).

Awaful customer service. Unprofessional company. Never faced such rude customer service! Guys please report him. He is a scammer! Do not buy from him. Just read his responses to the reviews even. Always having excuses and taking no accountability. He has no product knowledge or common ethics. Major attitude issues with a toxic personality. The products came shattered and he just screamed at me saying he can't do anything. I filed a case against him! He will again respond under here like a immature fool. I don't care.

This owner Daniele has the worst attitude like all here have shared. He will behave like he's doing you huge favour. I've never came across such pathetic and rude customer service. I have reported his company. Hope they close down soon. His products and his site are a huge scam! Please stay away people. He has no knowledge or manners! Such a country brute!

You don't really get great customer service here! Order online and get it delivered, someone serving there is least bothered to do the sale

The owner is rude and racist. He is not a friendly and nice person. I didn’t feel comfortable and respected during the time I was at his shop. Not a pleasant business experience.

Such a poor and rude customer service. The guy is very rude. Visited the store couple of weeks ago, the owner behaved very rudely with me. Such a poor and bad customer service, won’t recommend anybody to visit the store.

Bought one more fountain, never disappoint these guys have the best range in the country. New showroom is fab, needed to make an appointment as they try to reduce crowds with COVID. WILL BE BACK FOR SURE

The worst attitude I've experienced in my life. People act and response in a very demeaning way like they are doing a massive favour just to answer the phone. Unbeleivablley non professional and rude. If you are looking to buy an item that you see in their website, I will highly encourage you to go and buy it from somewhere else even if you pay extra $20. If you want to try, just call them and see their attitude.

I spent ages looking online for a small fountain/water feature for a small porch area. I saw so many cheap, tacky options. So I was amazed when I found fandango fountains - both the price and quality were great. It was delivered really quickly and I had it set up in less than 10 minutes. I’ve had it for 2 years now, it’s looks like new, requires minimal cleaning, and it gets so many compliments. One day I’ll be going back for a bigger one.

I fell in love with the beautiful decorated bird planters. I hadn’t seen anything quite like them before. They don’t come with a drain hole but are absolutely stunning to use indoors as a statement piece.

I found Fandango customer service/after sales were excellent. A very good experience.

Bought 2 tabletop water features. They are so lovely- once I figured out where the lights fitted in. Unfortunately there aren’t any instructions, but I figured it out after awhile. The only downside is that I can’t really hear the water tinkling as I had hoped. Delivery service and communication very good. They are made of a light weight resin.

Pathetic, this guy is running his business from within a storage warehouse. No information to guide you.bloody unprofessional and would worry about any support from someone with no business premises.
