Family Self Defence reviews
15Loved the place.the instructor is also really skilled and patient. I can see massive change in my 5 year old.these guys also train adults and parents.
The most amazing place for a kid to build strength discipline and confidence!
The teachers are excellent and very professional
The environment and setup is healthy and clean
The workout program and delivery is done keeping in mind the child's best interest and builds confidence and competitiveness
Even with alot of kids.my kids always got 1-1 interaction and advice on how to improve their techniques!
Simply amazing!
I like this self defence. It is great for kids and adults to learn self defence discipline and great for phisical activities in general. There is friendly environment led by master Keyvan. He is a good mentor who is able to explain and show things easily. Once you progress in belts you get boost in self confidence and find new friends there.
My son is attending martial arts under the supervision of great teachers from last two years. Its great for kids to gain confidence, for physical and mental health. Very friendly staff and Flexibility of choosing class days per week. Highly recommended for BBC anyone who is looking for martial arts training.
My 6 year old daughter has been learning martial arts over a year with Mater Keyvan. I see how she become more confident, focused and growing with more mental strength. We are very happy with the school and the teachers at Parramatta Family Defence, would recommend parents with young girls to give it a go.
My children have thrived here. They have learned the value of hard work and commitment and improved their physical strength, fitness and flexibility.
Both my kids go to Family Self Defence. All the teachers are great especially Ms Gillian and Mr Mirzai.
My kids are more fit, confident and stronger than before. Since there are different classes for different age groups, kids practice amongst their age groups only.
Good place for kids and adults for martial arts. Nice and friendly staff. Flexibility of class days and times is also good for children and parents to be able to meet the 2 classes per week requirement.
I have had the experience of attending the North Parramatta establishment and I am very impressed with the programs they have for the Ninjas and Dragons. The instructors have a professional approach and are well trained and I highly recommend Family Self Defence
Learning Martial arts is a journey and this place has the best trainers who train you to be good at this art and also gain a sense of discipline which will boost your confidence. Kevyn sir and Jill are amazing trainers. You should definitely bring your kids here to see why this place is the best.
They have very good kids and adults classes. The instructors are very friendly and professional. I give them 5 star.
I'm really enjoying the programs. The place is quite large with lots of equipment and the staff are friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend it to friends.
My family has been attending their classes for about a month now. The instructors are very professional and friendly. We will definitely recommend them to all our family and friends.
Disappointed that they require a commitment of two classes a week. For children so young who enjoy attending and just doing some sport for fitnessand fun it can be a difficult burden for families to commit to. My daughter has to miss out now because we can't get her there twice a week and can't afford the two lessons right now. Shame
Just requested a little flexibility at this time in our lives as we have just had twins and we would have loved our daughter to continue with martial arts and some local sport
Shame you can accomodate families needs. I understand you have goals to achieve for your centre
but my daughter would just have to wait to get her next belt and level. There is nothing more important surely than children needing to be active and doing some sport. I actually think that the two lessons a week and grading expectations is a money making strategy more than anything.
