Family Self Defence

Bringing my son here was one of my best decisions. I have witnessed my son transform from lazy to quick, and shy to confident. The instructors are friendly and amazing. I like that there are a number of sessions to choose from and you can take your child when it suits you best. A great place for building your kids' self-esteem.

I would totally recommend the five dock family self defence course for any parent wishing to enroll their kids into a safe and professional and enjoyable environment not only for children but for the whole family.
For me it’s a five star organisation that caters for all who wish to challenge there children and family’s alike all the masters are both approachable and professional with entrusting our children which makes life so much easier for the parents not to worry with the care and trust that they instill for our children.

Andrew grew up in this centre! This is really essential for his initial confidence building when he was 5 years old. He looks forward to coming to the twice a week training, excited, committed, and responsible. I couldn't find any sports or activity else that he shows this much interest and committed constantly. Mr Daniel becomes his next to father figure. As a mum, I even go to Mr Daniel for help when Andrew and I have trouble agreeing on anything. Strongly recommend for those who wishes to build confidence, get fit, learn the real intelligent martial arts and "get your kids to be able to fight leagally! " This is life time skill that built into them.

I've been going here twice a week for the last I'd say 3 years and I love it, I've learner heaps and the falling techniques actually help with my bouldering. Overall it's great if you're looking for excercise or of you just want to protect yourself.

I have been practising there for almost two years now. I love it. Master Daniel is a great teacher. Everyone is very friendly and help each other.
It feels like been part of a family.

Master Keyvan is an awesome martial artist.
I trained with him at World Hanmudo Association at Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA March 2018.
I have known Master Keyvan since 2003 when I practiced Hanmudo with him at his Dojang during Founder of Hanmudo Grandmaster Dr. He-Young Kimm's seminar visit to Master Keyvan's School.

Great program for children of all ages. They provide good deals, with lots of perks. If your child is into self defence, is worth the investment. My daughter's strength and stamina has really increased in the few months she's started.
