FCS are amazing workers who help all clients to there individual needs and also group outings to bowling, pools etc they are a loving and caring team who work together to support the clients and help them learn to be in a safe community I give FCS 10/10

This is a lovely little family run service.they go out of their way to cater for your needs.they care about all their clients and their individual requirements.my son who has Down’s syndrome goes there and looks forward to it every day.he has never been happier.the carers that he has are very good at their job and I could not fault them

We’re not helpful at all when enquiring for a support coordinator. Asked for a copy of my plan without being able to provide the carer support I specified. I refused this stating, I need to be sure first you can provide these support services first. The young woman said sure, I will email you and take it from there. Never did. Unreliable.

Excellent service understands my son's disability's and needs would highly recommend them

They understand what I need. Better service than any other provider on the Central Coast especially better than the big companies that bill for no service.
