Been going to Fairfield chase medical 13 years.staff are always friendly and helpful.my doctor Allen Gregor, is a brilliant doctor who takes the time to listen to people. I would definitely recommend chase medical to anyone. Lawrence.

It’s been a number of years since I’ve been back to Fairfield Medical Centre. With a lot of updated facilities (seating area, bathrooms, offices) the centre feels welcoming. The staff both admin, nurses and doctors are really friendly and polite

My experience at Fairfield’s Chase Medical Centre was lovely. The ladies at the registration table have the nicest hospitality out there and I was able to book my first appointment by myself easily. The doctors are very extremely friendly and tended to medical needs very professionally. Highly recommended facility.

Dr. Muhammad Abdul Mannan an angel walking on earth. This doctor makes sure everything is super great before we leave the clinic. He has very knowledgeable, practical, very friendly and very good at being a doctor. My daughter had some problems with her ears and got out tissue from ear which we were not aware of. RECEPTION IS GREAT at customer service.thank you Dr Mannan for the great spirit and helpful tasks you did for us. Great Practice

The Doctors are great but the experience i received from an older lady who wears glasses was the most rudest reception out. Be rude to me I'll be rude back. I don't think you have any customer service or people skills. Retire already cause you obviously don't look happy doing your job.

Shelly is an amazing person! ! She provides an extremely good customer service. As receptionist. She is so polite and respectful. And always have a smile on face:) at least someone who cares about patient in the centre.:)

Fairfield Chase Medical Centre is located in a prime area. The Medical Centre all Drs all Staff & Ambience is Excellent I have nothing but Positively outstanding comment's about the Professional Service's Provided from the 1st time walking into this Centre well over 20yrs ago they still remain to Prioritze the Patient's & Customers well being with the utmost care thankyou for Caring

The only medical centre I’ve been to recently that still makes you wear a mask, if you don’t have a mask you need to go and buy one they won’t supply you one! I’ve been to specialist appointments and hospitals and they don’t force you to wear them! It’s a little bit too much! Poor man next to me struggles with asthma and they have made him wear one otherwise he can’t see the doctor! They did provide him with a mask! I had to purchase one for $1!

Only reason I still come here is because my doctor is here and I’ve been seeing him for 17yrs

Went there and found a rude receptionist refused to give appointment or let my young daughter be seen by a doctor.

Very accommodating, helpful and lovely reception team, Dr. Aseel and the Pathology nurse too. No complains! Keep up the good work!

Shelly is an amazing receptionist! She puts her heart and soul into her job, practise is going ok, the new appointment only thing needs a few tweeks, you still wait a bit even with an appointment but it’s ok.

The waiting space is clean and tidy. The health and safety protocol is followed through for a safe environment and proper management of COVID19 safety standards.

As a patient and working with the medical centre as a rehabilitation consultant on occasion, the doctors and staff are very professional and understanding. Highly recommended based on my experiences.

Special mention to Dr Aseel Marioud - she is amazing and very understanding! Patient and has exceptional skills in explaining diagnosis, treatment, health management plans.

I am Really proud of Fairfield Chase Medical Centre, it’s a great medical centre, all staff is always very beautiful, friendly and professional with great customer service. My husband had Telehealth with one staff name Shelly, she was very friendly, and helpful with great customer service.

I've been coming here for 15 yrs I have been happy with all my experiences with the girls at the front desk plus my Dr I highly recommend this surgery to my family and friends they go above and beyond

The staff are very caring, friendly and professional. I'm greeted with a big smile from the receptionist ladies Rose, Lidia and others. Julie is a very kind and caring person as well. I'm glad that people get treated nicely. The doctors are just as good.

To be honest, going to thos medical centre should be the last resort otherwise. I called to make an appointment to see my doctor, got told the wait will be 5min but waited more than 30min and still no one picked up the phone. Receptionists are very rude as well.
