Took my 7 year old granddaughter to have her ears pierced today. Staff were extremely friendly, lady who did the piercing was so nice made my granddaughter feel very relaxed. Highly recommend, excellent customer experience.

Had a very good experience with my 7 months old baby's ear piercing. The staff who did my baby's piercing was so kind and gentle with whole process. Love the whole experience. Thankyou.

I have always had a good experience with the girls there but this time I got a reaction on my cheeks where the lady threading my eyebrows was resting her hand I have a white patch and reaction there only. So I asked her if she uses a face cream called fair and lovely coz I got a reaction on my face from her hands resting there (I had a similar reaction when I used it many years ago). I wasn’t trying to make a big deal coz it was not her fault and what she uses works for her but I got a reaction. I was met by a bombardment from her and various staff members that she did nothing and she uses nothing but soap. This was taken out of proportion as I was merely enquiring coz I got the reaction I know it’s not her fault but the reaction from the main staff and others was very unprofessional and uncalled for. A simple answer that was told to me in a kindly manner would have been sufficient.

Went in today and got an underarm wax. It was the most painful wax experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting my underarms waxed for 2+ years. The wax was far too hot burned when she placed it on my skin. She also plucked some hair but it felt like she was pinching my skin rather than the hair and when I looked in the mirror there was blood spots everywhere. It hurts to put my arms by my sides now. Really unimpressed with the products, technique and service.

I recently took my 3yo daughter to get her ears pierced. Anita did both ears at the same time, was very lovely to my daughter and made it an extremely quick experience. Would recommend Fair Beauty for toddler ear piercing.

A beautiful girl there by the name of SIMONA she does the best eyebrows waxing facial she is very talent with amazing experience.

The first time I visited the salon a Lebanese lady did my eyebrows she listened to me, took her time and was extremely professional. The second time I went an Indian lady did my eyebrows. I was informing her of what I was after and she did not listen to me. I apologised for having some leftover makeup on, she said she would remove it but didn’t. I thought she would apply wax and immediately remove it with a strip (the normal process I’m use to). However, she did not. The lady proceeded to put the wax on all of my right then left eyebrow. The wax was not hot but it was left on my eyebrow for way too long, meaning when she finally removed the wax with the strip it was painful. She did not apply any moisturiser at the end. I’m disappointed at the rushed service I received, the lack of listening to the customer and the burnt right eyebrow I have.

I went to do eye lashes extension and threading. I am so sorry to say that I did not like the service at all the one who did my eye lashes extension, its very painful. The quality and texture of the eye lashes are not very good, its like shinny due to which the lashes looks like more plastic and fake. I highly don’t recommend to do eye lashes extension in fair beauty.

Recently had a lashlift that went totally wrong, and I went to these ladies in Fair Beauty, they undone it and my lashes are back to normal! Thanks ladies for the great help.was pricy yet i was desperate; so thankful really!

Today Fair Beauty staff took money to the amount of $230 from two girls aged 12 and 14 yrs. They then applied ridiculously long, thick, atrocious and gaudy lash extensions to both minors.
These 2 minors were not asked their age, they were not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They were not asked if they had parental consent. Nor were they given a consent form.
When seeing for the first time the lashes that were applied to my child’s eyes a couple of hours later I was extremely shocked and horrified that this inappropriate procedure was performed on a child.
I immediately took my child back into Fair Beauty. I asked staff if they could remove the lashes straight away and they flat out told me no! They also said that if they tried to remove the lashes all the real lashes that she has would fall out.
I then asked if they had asked the ages of the girls and if they use consent forms. Again I was told no.
When asking for a refund of my child’s $130.00 I received another belligerent NO from the staff member.
When trying to resolve this matter and talking with 3 different staff members I was met with hostility and refusal to acknowledge any wrong doing. I did not receive an apology and was not offered any support or suggestions of how to remove the lashes.

This business was extremely negligent in their practices, they did not act in the best interest of the customer and did not fulfil any sort of duty of care. They should not be taking money from children and performing any of these immediate - non reversible procedures.

Went here for a lash lift they completely messed it up, went back for a lash relax which did absolutely nothing.

I have been going to Fair Beauty, on and off for many years to have my eyebrows tinted. On this occasion I went to pay and was told by the receptionist (possibly the owner), that I also had an eyebrow wax. I was astounded that when I said I only had a tint, the woman tried to correct me and said “your brows are a little bit red there! ” She was inferring that I had my eyebrows waxed when I knew that I hadn’t. I felt that she thought I was lying to get out of paying an extra $10! I felt really embarrassed. Then the beautician came out and told the woman that she wrote the wrong item on the slip of paper, and that I only had a tint. The receptionist did not apologise. I said “I think I would know if I’d had my eyebrows waxed or not. ” Needless to say, I won’t be giving this shop my business anymore.

Got a lash lift and tint here after searching for somewhere to go and got recommended by my sister, Suzy was so comforting and sweet. My lashes look amazing and was even complimented by other customers. Will definitely go back:)

I had my arms, legs and face waxed and the lady did not hold my skin once. This made the treatment far more painful than it needed to be while also tearing skin off both sides of my face. I'm extremely disappointed and angry.

The girls are amazing here! LOVE my eyebrows! A comfortable place to have a chat with lovely ladies that are unbelievably talented. Walked out feeling so confident. Highly recommend.

Very friendly establishment, my daughter wanted her ears pierced and they were very helpful. My daughter was very happy with the earrings and they pierced her ears both at the same time to minimise trauma. Worked perfectly.

I got an underarm and bikini wax today, and was disappointed with how my beautician performed the wax.

They did not tuck tissue to protect my underwear, did not consistently attempt to follow the 'grain' of the hair, repeatedly used too hot wax despite me stating it was too hot and that it hurt, blew on the hot wax while it was applied!? , did not apply pressure after removing the wax, and left pieces of wax everywhere afterwards, which you might imagine was uncomfortable 'round the bikini area.

I do like this store and have got quality leg waxes before, so I am going to assume the issue was a new beautician and that perhaps I did not speak up as much as I should.

I have known a few people to get nose piercings here and it is very unprofessional. They pierce the nose with a gun, piercing with what is more like a massive earring instead of a nose piercing (with nothing securing it in place) and provide zero aftercare. Very poor value and appears dirty. I also received the worst quality eyelash extensions i've ever seen here, overpriced for extremely poor quality. The lady who applied them also spilled chemicals in my eyes.

The girls do a fantastic job! They are quick but super careful! They are going to treat you like a person and not just a number.
I recommend Theresa and Dana, they are wonderful at what they do! Definitely coming back for as long as I live in Miranda

Im a regular at fair beauty miranda. I love the service here, the ladies all seem to love what they do and I can never fault the service I receive (I usually get eyebrow wax and false lashes) with my hectic life, I'm usually a walk in appointment and they can always fit me in:)
