The best in the WEST!

We visited factory espresso on 16/12 from Sydney, the food was amazing,
The service was outstanding, the owner took the time to ensure our large group was well catered too and everyone was well taken care off.
The food was fresh and the service was quick!
The coffee is roasted on site, which we definitely took back home with us, I gotta say the coffee was out of this world!
20/10!
Will definitely be back!

Took a punt on this place as it opens early and was totally delighted. I had the best toasted sandwich I've ever had - simple, uncomplicated and delicious.

Friendly staff and quick service. Definitely recommend if you are looking for something yummy while you're in downtown O-town.

Earlier in the year factory was quite good, now not so much. Not sure what has changed apart from the usual staff struggles all hospitality venues currently deal with. Factory was very quiet compared to other cafes which was suprising as earlier in the year we struggled to get a table, can see why they were quiet now.
Went to order at 11am was told breakfast menu not available despite menu stating breakfast menu till 11: 30 on a Saturday.
Didn't feel like lunch so ordered out of the slices, cakes cabinet. Croissant served cold like straight out of a packet and was very average anyway, muffin was also cold left floury taste in my mouth. Coffee very average also.
Very disappointing, glad I didn't spent much.

Edit to include: while appreciate response from factory no response on why breakfast menu was stopped by 11 when menu states 11: 30. And only went to Factory because all other cafes on summer street were full.

A MUST GO when you visit Orange! The atmosphere is so warm and inviting as soon as you walk in, and the front of house staff are friendly and professional. They recently changed up some of the cafe's appearance, so the building feels very open.
There is a great selection of food, and it all comes out looking delicious and well presented. I ordered the avocado medley and was not disappointed, the beetroot smash added beautiful colour to the dish.
My latte was a really nice temperature, and the staff were super helpful during my time there.
10/10 definitely recommend!

Absolutely the best cafe in Orange. I ordered a wild mushroom omelette; it was delicious, and the bread was perfectly toasted. The coffee was alright. The service was excellent. The lady who delivered the coffee said, 'Good morning, ' with a smile, which is really impressive. I can say that this is extraordinary service, especially considering today's service trends.

Came here for a quick coffee and ended up sitting in. Order an almond piccolo and long black. They were good, very good to be honest. The coffee aromatic. Top marks for their own house blend.
Added a bacon and egg role. Hard to beat and their sauce was just awesome.

Great coffee & chai (would love for them to add matcha to their menu too). Food is also quite good (limited vegan options though). Lots of seating inside and out.

Was greeted as soon as we walked in the door by the barista! Great food and amazing coffee in a great atmosphere.

What a Jewel in orange. Amazing service, great coffee and wonderful food. Suggest The big unit! Huge! Home black beans are to die for, they even make their own jam.

We noticed this place opposite our accommodation. It looked busy which was a good sign. They had a kids menu which was nice and the food was huge and amazing! Came back the next day as well. Real fruit milkshakes were awesome and the food- no fault at all. The service was friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend.

Quick service, friendly staff, delicious breakfasts and great coffee! We will definitely come again next time in Orange!

Dad's roll was really good. Forgot to take photos. The overall experience was good. Excellent customer services, decent interior decorations, and reasonable prices. Will definitely go there next time.

Visiting from Sydney & we called at opening on Sunday morning to reserve a table for 5 at 9.30am! While it was bustling & loud, the customer service was fantastic, we ordered a variety off the menu which came out quite quick given how busy it was. Amazing mushrooms w Baba ghanoush on sourdough, scrambled eggs to perfection with gorgeous lamb sausages & avocado, banana bread. Portion sizes incredibly generous for price & absolutely delicious! The hero was the salted caramel & chocolate milkshakes & my coffee obsessed husband raved about their cold brew! We will definitely come back next visit to the area!

Comedy night with Bob Down was fantastic. It was a great show, Bob was hilarious, the band were great and Bob had a special guest (Shauna?) who had the most amazing. Loved it!

Arrived to Orange? This place must be visited for a perfect breakfast and service! Highly recommended

A fantastic local cafe that offers a wide selection of coffee beans for purchase. The food here is exceptional and shows off some of the local produce. Factory also hosts live events that always draws a capacity crowd. Definitely something to check out.

If I could give this amazing cafe more stars I would. Super friendly, the best coffee and generous servings for their breakfast dishes. I always book to ensure there’s a table available.
An amazing place if traveling through, always busy with locals.
