Face Plus Medispa / Contour Clinics Bondi Junction

One of the BEST facials I have had. I had the Signature Enzyme treatment was not only incredibly relaxing (with a 15+ minute massage while the mask is settling.) but my skin has felt hydrated and brighter since the treatment.

An absolute dream! So much so that I have booked myself in each month from now on

I saw Yvonne for the signature enzyme facial and was extremely impressed by how knowledgeable she was. My skin looked fantastic afterwards. My next appointment will be laser genesis and I’m excited to continue my skin journey with Yvonne!

Had a facial the other day with Yvonne and it was amazing! Yvonne was very informative about the process and explained in detail what would be happening & the effects of it. Such a blissful experience. The mid-facial head massage was so needed, I haven’t felt that relaxed in a long time! My skin feels so much after feeling inflamed from pregnancy hormones. I can’t wait for my next session.

I have been a customer of FacePlus for years but due to my recent bad laser experience, I will not be returning. Please save yourself the heartache and go to one of the many other superior medispas in Bondi, to have your treatments. I saw zero improvement to my redness and broken capillaries, from a laser treatment which targets redness and broken capillaries. I have had the laser treatment before and have experienced successful results, so I imagine it was the technique or settings. I asked whether they would be willing to see me again complimentary and fix the problem as the treatment did not do what it was intended to do and suggesting multiple sessions is not an excuse for zero improvement on the first session. They sadly refused.

I had an amazing first time experience at Face plus. My skin feels amazing and Krystah made me feel comfortable relaxed and explained everything to me that I wanted and needed to know about my skin care. Krystah is very knowledgeable. Thank you for taking such good care of me. I will be seeing you soon and bringing my friends next time.

Waste of time and money. Staff are rude and don't take responsibility for poor results and lies. After multiple treatments and nothing more than upselling with promises just to get you to part with your money, we won't be returning. There's far better clinics in Sydney that will actually get results and show some appreciation for your business.

The whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The two staff members I met were warm and engaging. The treatment itself was extremely calming, relaxing and luxurious and was far more comprehensive than I had expected. I look forward to seeing the results over the coming days.

Update and response to Faceplus Medispa 22/10:
I can’t help but laugh at your response to my review, as you guys accuse me of bias yet your response is full of nothing but deflection and misrepresentation. At no stage did I ask for a free treatment, I did however expect results (as promised after multiple irrelevant treatments that were being pushed - many of which were done intentionally without the necessary ingredients to target my concerns) and queried what remedies Faceplus were willing to offer. Many reputable clinics will offer a complimentary treatment and/or a discount on the next one as a gesture of goodwill, but this was not my expectation. You fail to state that I also queried the difference between two packages I was willing to pay for upfront, so let’s not tell half truths.

While we are on the subject of blatant lies, you’ve responded stating that I was regularly late or canceling, yet I have only been late once while in traffic, and cancelled a couple of times but always days in advance, so there’s no excuse to request my bank details over the phone under the guise of taking $50 for a new booking, all the while charging me $150. This is called theft, in case your policy didn’t state that.
At the end of the day, you’ve lost a client that was willing to return despite your poor attitude and service so instead of leaving passive aggressive lies, maybe consider yourselves lucky I didn’t exercise my consumer rights and seek a different kind of remedy.

Literally spent thousands here at this clinic, and did not see any improvement in my pigmentation, despite it being clearly stated on the consultation form (and reiterating with the therapists multiple times) as the sole reason for my visits.
Won't bother booking with them anymore either as they continue to insist on keeping booking deposits - conveniently ignoring the fact that I always provide more than enough notice before a cancellation. So far, they have pocketed $150 for bookings only, without good reason, and without notifying me that this was their intention when requesting my card details over the phone.
I was going to give them one more shot, but they blew it.

Nurse Ashleigh was sooo helpful and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend her for Injectables and the clinic is 10/10.

Sarah gave me a great Collagen facial, she was great. Very friendly and professional and ver knowledgeable on the products and your skin, I would highly recommend her.

Best first experience with Sarah. I went with her recommendations and my skin was glowing! I have been using their products for weeks and can definitely notice a change in my skins texture. Cannot recommend enough!

I had the Signature Face Plus Enzyme Facial with Elisa and it was really good! Elisa was really friendly and professional and did an amazing job with extraction and the other components of the session. She also gave me some helpful tips to improve my skin condition. I would definitely be back if I’m ever back in Sydney!
