I've been going to Face & Body Clinic for a couple of years now, always a great experience, the staff is friendly and professional

Lovely place and friendly staff, but I won’t book another service here. I had my lashes done here twice, and both times I had to go back to get them fixed. (The second time was not something they could fix as they also permed my bottom lashes up on accident). While both times I went in, the staff were very accomodating to try to fix the problem, it also shouldn’t be happening in the first place. It’s unfortunate but I will not be booking in another lash service here.

I did my brow lamination tint and shape. As it was my first experience I expected something similar to what I have seen in videos where they measure your eyebrow draw and then vax to create a shape. Anyway experience wasn't bad and after lamination it seemed everything alright however when I came back home and looked more carefully job was made not profesionally considering the price. At the end I had to shape my eyebrows at home and the next day they seemed curly which is strange as I laminates them so shouldn't they be straight? Anyway that's just my experience hopefully others find it good.

Got my eyelashes tinted & lifted by Edyta today and wow - she did the most incredible job! The process which normally isn't the most pleasant (at least at other clinics) was smooth, quick and the result is beautiful. I will definitely be making Face & Body Clinic my go to for this treatment, and excited to try others. Thanks Edyta!

Excellent, professional, caring service. Have had treatments with Monia, Melissa, Charilie and they have all been great.making me feel very comfortable and valued. Definitely my ‘go to’ salon.

Got my eyebrows Microbladed with Melissa recently and absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Great advice on the process and recovery. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Do not go there for massage!

I have been there for facial once, it wasn't too bad so I thought I'd give it a try for their hot stone massage. ($135 for 60 mins)

The lady who gave me the massage was nice enough, and she's probably good at other treatment, however I don't think she's got the necessary skills for being a masseuse, the whole process was very uncomfortable and opposite of relaxing.

Before I start the treatment, I wasn't asked which body part I want to focus, nor do I have any injuries or what level of pressure do I prefer, none of these basic checks were done and the whole process felt like a huge rush, it feels like I just simply had some cold oil rubbed over my body without any proper massage treatment. For the price they charge, its really disappointed to get such a unprofessional service.
Its definitely the worst massage I have ever had

I was referred to Face + Body and to Marta by a friend. I have to say Marta is AMAZING, have been going to her for a few months now to get LED and I'm obsessed. The salon is really pretty, clean and in a great location in Manly, and Marta is very welcoming, fun and super knowledgeable about what she does. Highly highly recommend this place and Marta in particular!

Charlie is just fantastic! Not only do I love the results of my treatments, I love spending time with her. The clinic is lovely (and always smells great), and the staff are so friendly. Can’t wait for my next appointment in two weeks.

I recently had my eyebrows feathered by Melissa, this was all new to me and I was very nervous to start with, but Melissa's caring and highly professional nature, made the whole experience easy. Melissa took the time to answer my questions during the healing process. I would highly recommend Melissa and the friendly team at Face & Body Clinic.

I have just had the pleasure of two outstanding treatments at Face and Body Clinic
Hifu (skin tightening) and Cool Shaping. Getting ready for my summer look. Thank you to all the staff for making me feel comfortable. Can not wait till I can come back and do a second treatment in 4 weeks.

I have been visiting this clinic regularly and they do an amazing job! I must admit that I am quite picky with my salon experiences, but I have been going to Amanda and have only had superb service and great outcomes with all of my treatments. I even was in a pinch and had to bring my 4 month old baby to my eyebrow appointment and they were so accomodating and easy going. I recommend them to all of my friends!

I’ve been going to Face and Body clinic for a year now and always been happy with everything I’ve had done, eyelash extensions, eyebrow waxing, facials. Today was the first time I’ve ever had a Brazilian wax and Monia did it for me. I was very nervous with the not knowing but afterwards couldn’t believe why I was. Monia was so good and super reassuring, literally the best person to do your first Brazilian with. She was definitely more excited than me with it being my first time and we just laughed our way through it, didn’t hurt at all! Already booked in for 4 weeks time:) thanks Monia!

Absolutely loved my time here! Was searching around for a good facialist and i think i've definitely found my place. Went in not knowing what i was wanting and had a mini consultation and ended up with something completely different to what i was thinking but so much better for my skin! Such good value for what you get and the girls that were working while i was in were so kind and professional, special shout out to Monia for the great experience! Will 100% be booking in again to come back and will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends!

Overall a very disappointing experience. I booked my appointment over the phone and the women took all of my details down including full name, mobile, email and credit card details. She seemed very pleasant and friendly however when I turned up for my appointment the following day, the girls at reception had no record of the booking or any of my details whatsoever in the system. I was asked if I had turned up to the wrong salon or if I had come in on the right day. (Highly embarrassing especially with other customers waiting behind me). I was then questioned by 3 different girls about who, when and how I made the booking and was told they could not accommodate me and said I’d have to come back another time. They were certainly not apologetic and didn’t care. I will not return.

I had Amanda look after me, she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed! Great service, already booked my next appointments!

I recently went in for a facial and my skin was visibly better. Im currently going though laser and super happy with the results
