F45 has become my second home. From the first day I walked in there as an anxious first timer 6 months ago I was made to feel supported, welcomed and always encouraged. As much as it’s helped my body, I’ve become the strongest and leanest I have in years, it’s also been the best place for my mental health. The team are the absolute best! The atmosphere is amazing, the trainers are knowledgeable and supportive and always there to help you out. The challenges are an extra bit of motivation to keep you going. Highly recommend!
