This is a great f45! It spacious and the trainers always make it fun. I started thinking I’d go three times a week but it feels natural to go pretty much everyday. Get into it, 90’s dance mix ftw

I love waking up and coming to f45 in Turramurra! The trainers are so lovely and motivating. There is never any judgment and I’ve felt comfortable since my first session. Would recommend to anyone

While F45 is a commercial enterprise the Turramurra version at least is one with a heart. The face of that heart is the super personable trainers and the the class participants. The community vibe of the place is one of its joys. The cardio sessions are consistently of a high standard, with my only gripe being the 'corporate' timetable means there are too few cardio-themed days, with a bewildering emphasis on strength/resistance.

Have gone from no exercise to exercise everyday with the F45 Turramurra crew. Great place to challenging your self. (Almost Bingo)

Fantastic F45! Coaches are friendly, energetic and motivate everyone to be the best they can be. Exercises can be adjusted by the knowledgeable coaches to support and challenge all fitness levels. A great community where everyone is friendly and supportive:)

I've attended many F45's, but Turramurra is easily the best! Such a welcoming and supportive culture, its impossible to leave!

It’s F45 so you know what to expect. Great classes, super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging instructors. Love it.

All about that $$$
In the light of current lockdown F45 Turramurra is still charging its members FULL price even though they are CLOSED. Members are expected to continue paying the same amount for virtual classes at home that are being run by different studios and where we have no access to equipment? Paying huge fees for something we can get for free on youtube. Especially bad since other local F45 studios reduced their prices day one of lock down 3 weeks ago and offered pausing of memberships and are running all their zooms their self! We aren't even offered the option to freeze our memberships. I appreciate that they are offering 1: 1 sessions (1 per member, 30mins) but this doesn't warrant full price fees! Considering the trainers are nothing but judgemental and rude I have no interest in a 1: 1 session. REDUCED RATES FOR REDUCED SERVICE. SIMPLE. Absolutely disgusting, can't wait for my membership to expire.

Best gym in town. The trainers are first class. I used to train in the city. Never again. Thanks to all for a real community.

I have been wanting to leave this review for a long time now but I didn't want the trainers to know my name and then treat me even more poorly in class! Alas, my friend has allowed me to use her account because I couldn't take it anymore. I assume that is why there aren't more negative reviews on here because people don't want to make themselves known to the trainers. I am coming up to the end of 6 months of training at F45 and will not be continuing because of Sas and Lucy. After 6 months I could probably count on one hand how many times Sas and Lucy have spoken to me. Even in my first week they made zero effort to make me feel welcomed or check in to see how I was going. They rarely greet anyone at the door but instead sit and chat behind the desk. They then fly through the demo with no enthusiasm or care. Unless you are 'in' with Sas and Lucy they will not acknowledge your existence.ever. A few times I have intentionally done all of the exercises incorrectly in an attempt to get their attention, they simply walk past. Every. Damn. Time. I've spoken to a number of other customers and they all agree that we walk away from Sas and Lucys sessions feeling ignored and completely unmotivated. They talk to their same crew and ignore the rest. I once even cried on my drive home feeling like I was back in high school and completely on the outer. I really hope they take on this feedback and make more of an effort to get to know and support ALL of their customers or F45 Turramurra is quickly going to lose it's great reputation. 2 stars instead of 1 because Elia is the shining light of this place and I would sigh a breath of relief if I walked in and saw her there because I knew I was going to be looked after.

Amazing team at F45 Turramurra, supportive community as well, the girls Liv, Maddy, Sas and Elia always try their best to help and encourage us so we don’t loose the motivation! Thank you! Always a pleasure to attend classes!:)

Training at F45 Turramurra is always one of the highlights of my day! Coaches are attentive and always have a smiles on their faces! The gym is very spacious and well located. The feeling of community is also a positive aspect. I highly recommend it!

Two weeks in to the 45 day challenge and it's amazing. The staff are really nice and care about you and your goals. Super supportive environment. The classes are challenging but time flys by really quickly for them. Thanks heaps, Anton:)

I never thought I’d look forward to going to the gym, and here we are. Going to F45 Turramurra is the highlight of my day. The team are warm, authentic, friendly and keen to get to know you and challenge you. The workouts are different every day, and it really feels like a community with no judgment or comparison. They’ve also been incredibly responsive and flexible in response to the challenges COVID has presented. 10/10 would recommend joining F45 Turramurra to a friend.

I have just started training at F45 Turramurra, and honestly one of the best decisions I've made! All of the trainers are really friendly and put a lot of effort into making sure each person gets the most out of each session. Highly recommend!

Friendly, professional trainers in a consistently super clean studio. Plus a very supportive community to help keep me motivated. I love that I can get my workout in for the day in under an hour. F45 is the best, it's the one thing I come back to after each of my 3 pregnancies and it works!
