We were so Welcomed as Visitors from BrisVegas by the St Ives F45 Team. They embraced us! They also worked us hard.it is a small studio with a lot of big energy. Highly recommend even if you are only in St Ives a week or two.

Love this place. All the staff are super friendly and the participants are welcoming. Addicted and totally DTF45.
