Very easy to follow exercises with the screen always on the amazing staff around you checking if you re doing right too.
Good amount of sessions in a day and plenty of different exercises, some of then easy and some more complex, which make the training much more fun!
Sometimes it get a bit full, but i always have the most fun of it so far.
You have no excuses.
Play hard and get results in just few weeks.
Awesome experience.

A great spacious studio, amazing vibe and great culture. An awesome team to be a part of, and I love the community atmosphere that the Seaforth team brings!
Great staff and great vibe! I really enjoyed the workout and they worked to my pace. I signed up for a 10 pass pack on the night and that gives you a chunky discount, it's a really good option.
