Such a fun place to train - whether you are just starting out or looking for a challenge - the trainers are welcoming and friendly and really make sure to go the extra mile to make sure everyone in the class is feeling comfortable. Love it here!

Response to the owner: -sadly your trainers had no interest in assisting a new person trying to get in shape and I was not directed to do alternative options properly and just told do something else which is not safe. When sick I was told to still come. They prefer to chat to their regulars than to make newbies feel welcome. Received little to no direction from trainers and was left to follow other members and slow down their training. -

Only good if you are in shape. The trainers have no interest in assisting people who are trying to get fit and tell you to do whatever if you can’t do a routine and pair you with another person that all they want to do is their thing but are stuck with you out of shape person. Then I got really sick for weeks and had to continue to pay as there is no way to stop this not even with serious medical reasons and they told me come anyway and do what you can when I could not even leave my house. Think twice before spending your money here. As they only want that, your money

I really like the owner and trainers - I always feel encouraged and supported in my workouts. I love the structure of the classes, and I value the changes I can see and feel after only one month. Five stars. Would recommend.

Amazing place to work out as part of a community. Coaches are warm, friendly and knowledgeable and it makes getting up early to exercise and absolute joy. No other form of exercise gets me this fit. There's also Plenty of parking and it's a bonus that you can work out in the sister gym in Leichardt. Shout out to Lauren the manager who is a big contributor in my decision to join F45 Petersham.

Love this gym! The trainers are all so friendly and supportive and really work to each individuals goals and ability level. Plus there is such a friendly atmosphere, it totally makes for a feel good workout.

Love F45! Whilst I was hesitant to join at the beginning, I now can't believe I ever was! The sessions are great! They give you variety and challenges. The trainers are the best! They make sure to get to know you and a become familiar with your strengths and what areas you can improve in or what your goals are. The place is all about growth in health, strength and confidence in self.

The Petersham F45 is an incredible place to train, the members are amazing, but the staff are what has made this place what it is. They keep you engaged, motivated and have created a positive and energetic atmosphere and a welcoming community, 10/10 would recommend

This is better than a PT in my experience. The team dynamic changes everything. The Coaches and Trainers are attentive and encouraging. It’s also unique not having mirrors around, I’m now focused on feeling the right technique not just seeing it, thanks to the coaches.

Amazing gym in the heart of Petersham just up from the train station. Natural light, amazing trainers and the best cardio and strength classes in the Inner West.

Fun, friendly and fab training sessions with fantastic coaches who help you achieve your fitness goals - what more do you need from a gym? ! F45 Petersham is one of a kind - my experience has been genuine care for me as an individual - trainers giving tips, nudging me along and energising me to push that little bit harder at times but also recognising when I need a few seconds out to regain my form! Classes are varied and engaging so before you know it you’ve completed a 45 min work out. Can’t wait for things to reopen so we can get back to the studio or out on the park!

The best gym in Petersham! Such kind and knowledgeable staff and I love how I can just turn up and get my workout for the day done in 45 minutes. Incredible value for money, everyday is different and exciting.

I joined earlier this year and the gym itself is great - once the lockdowns hit I thought it’d be game over for me but Lauren and the team have given me so much support and motivation to keep up from home with their Zoom workouts and regular check-ins. Highly recommend!

I have had an inability to commit to fitness for much of my life.but no more! Have been a member for a couple of years now and cannot imagine my day not starting with a session. The enthusiasm and technical ability of the trainers at F45 Petersham are top notch and they genuinely care about your progression. There is so much variety, not one class is the same which keeps you on your toes and challenges you each and every day. The commitment of the team during COVID is amazing, F45ing in my loungeroom every morning keeps me balanced. Thanks team Petersham!
