F45 is great! I appreciate rocking up to any class knowing that a workout has been planned an organised so all I have to do is work out. Trainers are awesome and welcoming too!

Absolutely love F45 Morisset! I was pretty new to fitness when I joined and the coaches have been great about guiding me and making it fun. The whole team is wonderful. A few weeks in and I’m feeling the difference and always excited to go! Such a great option for people with varied fitness levels, always have the option to go lighter/heavier on the weights or modify the exercise. Really friendly environment, definitely recommend.

F45 has shown me a new lifestyle, the drive to push myself and break through new goals every class. Every trainer has been so patient with me and I appreciate the time they take to show you how to do your sets properly, and even with a busy class they still take the time to come check how we are all doing. The gym stigma scared me with the big groups, and seeing super fit people in the class made me nervous but then those super fit people aren’t scary they are motivating machines and i find myself pushing harder watching other people no matter what level, and i remind myself they started where i am and now look where they are and i can not wait to be there and have someone watching me for motivation. I Cant recommend our gym enough, i am absolutely loving it here. Come chase the burn with is at f45, you wont regret it ‍️

The Team at F45 Morisset are amazing! Whilst creating interesting and fun workouts for all fitness levels they also do an awesome job putting in the time and energy to help all their clients throughout each session. Would 100% recommend getting amongst it with F45 Morisset to continue your fitness journey!

F45 @ morisset has been exceptional, the environment is clean, staff are knowledgeable, encouraging, supportive and give you that extra push to maximise your session. The timetable is suitable for I feel everyone. Classes are enjoyable but challenging. The fellow members are friendly. Loving my me time with f45.

The classes and the trainers are great. I was nervous to start, but three weeks in, I am loving it and feeling stronger already. Would highly recommend.

A great workout with lots of variety in a very welcoming and friendly gym. The staff are fantastic and make sure you get the most you can out of every class. All the members are really friendly, so it's a really positive experience overall

F45 Morisset is absolutely amazing! The staff are always so welcoming and so helpful. After returning back to the gym 7weeks postpartum they were able to help me modify the workout to build up my strength again. Would recommend this gym to everyone

Great atmosphere, warm welcome every single time you walk in, all the trainers are approachable and teach you the correct form and encouraging. I love it!
