The owner is very friendly. He helped me resolve the problems with the payment quickly after a few call.

So happy I found this gym! Did the 2 week trial and am now almost 2 months in and seeing results. The trainers and people are nice, the equipment & variety is great, and I love the video demos that play throughout the workout showing each exercise. The time goes by so fast! Highly recommend.

I can't recommend f45 Concord enough. Having commenced my fitness journey with them exactly 4 years ago, I initially just went for their free 2 week trial as it was something new. Within those weeks, I already saw vast fitness improvements despite already doing various regular other forms of physical activity including weight training and running. Participating in their quarterly fitness challenge then allowed me to achieve fitness goals I had never been able to achieve before. Furthermore, training at f45 Concord has allowed me to maintain these fitness goals over the last 4 years.f45 Concord in particular is certainly a great studio to train in. They have always maintained their equipment and ensured a clean environment. The studio is larger than any of the others I've seen with great ventilation. Additionally, the staff and trainers there are friendly, motivated, and always willing to help. They certainly put the 'fun' in 'functional' training. Not only is it a great place to train, but you certainly feel part of a community.

This is the best place you could ever join to train! They have the best team ever and are always there to motivate and support you. Wouldnt recommend anywhere else:)

Hands down the best gym I've trained at. Not only for the F45 format, but the trainers are amazing. They create a fun atmosphere whilst keeping you challenged to get the most out of your workout and ultimately achieve your goals.

The team here are so friendly, and really set out to help you achieve your goals. They have built such an encouraging and positive environment to train in - never have I been more comfortable at a gym!

F45 Concord is not only an amazing place to train and get fit, it's a community - the trainers are brilliant and always make you feel comfortable. I like to call it my 'happy place' - it's the way I start the day 6 days a week and it sets me up both physically and mentally. Love it!

This is the best place I have ever trained (and I have been through a few). Great atmosphere - the best team. Professional and fun! I have also had amazing health results training here too. I highly recommend F45 at Concord.
