I was recently visiting Coffs and reached out to the Coffs Harbour F45 team asking if I would be able to join in on a couple of sessions, Em (F45 Coffs manager) was more then happy to accomodate this. First things first what an absolute vibe as soon as you walk through the front door I felt the positive energy and was welcomed by everyone! The gym itself it a massive space, well set up and clean but they also have every piece of equipment you could imagine and heaps of weights available for you to choose from that you’ll never miss out! I have been to a few different F45 gym locations and hands down Coffs Harbour is one of if not the top gym. Not only are the coaches encouraging, supportive and a whole lot of fun but all members who I meet (while only there for a short time) treated me like I was part of the team that had been coming everyday for years. All the trainers that I has the pleasure to me, Em, Gina, Harri and Nick, knew my name, got to know me and pushed me with every session. Em is a brilliant, super energetic and fun loving manager and this gym is a definite credit to her! I would 100% recommend this gym to everyone and I can’t wait to come back!

F45 Coffs Harbour is without a doubt my favourite studio to train. Working out is always so much fun. Very much a family vibe and crew. Coaches are motivational and so welcoming. Em is amazing, hilarious and outstanding manager. I love any opportunity to train with that crew. Absolutely sensational!

Was in the area for work and reached out to the Coffs Harbour F45 team about working out whilst in town. I dealt with a person named Dave who provided me with everything I needed to make it happen! Dave then followed it up with a text message to make sure I was on top of it all and ready for my first class in Coffs.

Upon arrival I got to the studio a bit early not really knowing how similar it would be to my local F45. I was met by not one but two trainers! Who both introduced themselves, asked me a bit about myself and still ran over how they do things just so I wasn’t lost!

The studio is massive! It has so much room, set out well and VERY clean! The trainers like all F45 trainers seemed very genuinely into helping me get the most out of my session, I was provided with some tips that I didn’t know about and then in the break time I was explained why and how these tips would help me which was great. Also it was great to have the trainers frequently refer to me by my first name (first time meeting them both, very easily could have forgotten my name or just let me go in the class knowing I was a visitor) as this made me feel very included and supported! Also the attitude of the trainers makes me want to work out how I can get back for another class!

All the members were very welcoming, obviously they all train together regularly but I was quickly made to feel included and the guys I trained with both made the session great with their supportive attitude and frequent conversation.

Post session besides feeling wrecked from a hard class again I had a trainer check in on me to make sure I enjoyed my time (they appeared to actually go around the room and check everyone was happy and didn’t have any questions!) they put on a cool down stretching session that I didn’t stay for and again I had several members say goodbye and thanks for joining them!

Very positive experience, very nice studio with a very supportive and genuine membership. Studio had everything you need in a gym to make it comfortable and they even had a supplement section with a huge range for sale!

I highly recommend checking this place out if you can!

I have recently just moved to the area after spending a few years abroad. One of the first things I did was sign up to the studio to maintain my fitness goals as I’ve been an avid F45 member over the past 4-5 years in each place I’ve lived. I was instantly welcomed and the energy in the studio was something I hadn’t witnessed yet in any other studio. Although I don’t know many people yet, it has been a safe, encouraging, FUN & motivating space that has supported me navigate a difficult transition period while also supporting my fitness goals.
Love the vibe, love the energy and I genuinely love starting my days there!

I visited Coffs Harbour F45 whilst on holidays and would highly recommend it! It has a great vibe with friendly and supportive trainers and is a fun place to workout. Next time I’m in Coffs I’ll be visiting again for sure. Highly recommend to those deciding on a gym.
